Midnyt Burger LaGrange — Restaurant in LaGrange

Went again to give second chance and idk if she’s a manager but I brought up that last time we had a bad experience and she told me it probably won’t be any better this time, laughed, and said here’s your food don’t come back. What is wrong with this company. I no longer support wild leap after this. I come from food industry and this would never slide in my kitchen. None of our last few experiences would.

We tried this place hearing great things. We will give another chance but it was not what we expected. The first thing was we ordered the crinkle fries (which is the only reason we ordered the fries to begin with) and got some cold strait cut that were still frozen. We got both the midnyt sauce and the garlic aioli to try. The midnyt sauce my partner said was decent just tasted like Zaxby’s sauce but the garlic aioli was mayo maybe taco seasoning and way too much garlic. I personally would have preferred ranch over either. The burgers had no flavor to me. My partner said it tasted like they maybe used black pepper and that’s it. This is a place to eat after pay day as well!!! For 2 orders of fries (maybe the amount of a medium fry at Mcdonalds) and 2 burgers with only cheese on them it was $37…that’s it. No drinks no deserts just 2 bland burgers and some cold frozen fries. Nothing about this joint is 4 1/2 stars THIS PLACE DESERVES 5 STARS like Tony The Tiger said “Thereeeeee Greeeeatttttt” ! This isn’t your run of the meal burger and fries even the regular fries are something to brag about my song had a double stack I had a single wishing I gotten a double he had regular fries I had Lunar Fries with extra grilled onions. The explosion of flavor waves that was sent thru our bodies was like nothing of this world hot fresh was ready at the time it said it would be when I placed the order online everything was in the bag ready to go we held our hands together to stop from eating it in the car as we wanted to enjoy every bite once we got home. Only objective I do have is I couldn’t eat the wrapper 😮‍💨😂 but overall a 1000/10 it’s serious if I wasn’t one a fast and diet I’d eat it everyday but at least ik they are there when I feel like cheating a lil bit you guys will bring LaGrange much joy signed...

Food - Lack of flavor on meat and quality of meat was sub-standard for a smash burger. Not sure I've ever seen a burger location that has no mayo or mustard...interesting that they push their sauce (which is not horrible). Service - The order placing is not a hard process; however, the failure is letting you know when the order is ready. Unfortunately, my food sat out on a counter in very cold temps, which impacted the temperature of my burger. Cold food at these prices is not acceptable. Atmosphere - Well, it's a food truck parked in the back of Wild Leap, so not sure they can claim the atmosphere; however, Wild Leap has always been a pretty nice place to hang out, so they get some credit for being there I guess.
