Wendy's — Restaurant in LaGrange

I stopped by this place an I FOUND THIS TO BE THE MOST SICKENING PLACE I'VE EVER ATE AT IN MY LIFE. I STOPPED BY ONE AFTERNOON AROUND 4 PM an ordered a Taco Salad an the people seemed somewhat nice but after I ordered my Taco Salad an started eating after a few bites I started chewing into a hard piece of plastic as it seemed in the texture, I went to spit it out, it was fake fingernail an the color was to seem to be a dark purple. It still had a piece of meat on the fingernail where it must have gotten ripped off of the girls finger. I felt totally sick to my stomach. I quickly went to the front counter an ask to speak to someone in charge about the fingernail an a African American woman walked up an I noticed she had something wrapped around one of her fingers an i told her that I found a fingernail in my Taco Salad an she deeply apologized telling me that she had wondered where her fingernail got off to, she ask me would I like another Taco Salad. The nerve of her to ask me that. I told her H@%* F@%" N %. She gave me my money back. I WOULD NEVER EVER EAT THERE EVER AGAIN. PURE A SICK...

This location is the definition of poor management and no accountability. I went through the drive-thru. When I pulled up there was one car at the window and no one behind me. I ordered 2 combo meals and a frosty. I sat at the window for 15 minutes for what has been marketed as "fast food". As at sat at the window, I noticed just how much trash is in the parking lot. The employees through the window were cutting up and having a good time. One of the employees had their back to the window just propped up lackadaisically. I shutter to think what cleanliness standards are being held in the kitchen space. As worker in the culinary industry, it makes it more frustrating to know they are holding people's health in the hands. By the time I received my food, my frosty had half melted. I live less than 5 minutes from this location and by the time I got home my fries were already cold. This location is in serious need of corporate over hall. I enjoy Wendy's, but every single Lagrange...

Tonight we decided to have Wendy's for supper ..went to the one on Vernon Rd.. got their at 9:33pm. Frost machine was down ..why? We had 3 cars in front of us ..by the time we made it to the window after having to repeat ourselves 3 times ..the young lady ask what we ordered We proceed to tell her ..then she goes on to tell the kitchen to remake it . There was an order thrown in the trash ..you had about 8 employees on shift. We waited another 3 min ..no way that order was remade ..it was cold and was disgusting .. the nuggets had a funny taste burgers had onions when requested no onion .. the associate at the window was getting aggravated and constantly clicking her acrylic nails on the window panel ..go the food at 10:03 pm no napkins and just rachid .. I do not recommend anyone going here until these issues can be addressed ..we honestly felt as though we had entered a kick back from the back ground on loud speaker ..do...
