I was curious about the beyond orange chicken but I didn't originally get it. At the cashier I was asked it that was all, and I told him I was curious about the beyond entree. They told me just for a bit extra, a bigger plate instead of just a plate I could get another protein, so I went for it, it wasn't busy so I didn't worry. The older gentleman behind me was curious also so I allowed him to try a bite of the beyond chicken, something that made me happy to share. After having the full portion I can review saying it tasted very much like the orange chicken, however without the distinctive crunch satisfaction I get from regular orange chicken + the premium price I don't think I'd get it again, until those are...

A couple in front me asked for brown rice, and server said she was out. The cook in the back told her he had some ready in Spanish and she ignored him and just smiled. I asked her "so no brown rice?", And cook again said some was ready. She told him in Spanish something like "not now"..so I asked HIM if he had brown rice ready and he nodded yes. Server a bit disgusted and gave me brown rice. Cashier caught on and gave couple in front of me a box of it. Food's great..place needs better management. Train the cook and cashier to manage..retrain...

They made a mistake on.a takeout kids meal. When I returned, with child in tow and our food, they refused to make it right. All we wanted was the.missing chicken pieces, and a refund for the kids meal.for our inconvenience at the dinner hour, and a wasted trip back at traffic time. Margarite, the untrained-in-people-skills " manager" refused a refund unless the entire kids meal was returned. She could not have cared less that our dinner was ruined
