10/11/2023 Oh my! Simply the best breakfast in the OC. My wife and I went to Snooze Eatery in Laguna Niguel this morning, and it was so good. The vibe was quite positive and bright. Jadyn was our terrific server and provided attentive, quality service. My wife had the 3 egg omelet with hash browns and a cappuccino, and I had the three egg omelet with chicken sausage, spinach, avocado, cheese and sliced tomatoes. It was an enjoyable time at a wonderful place. Highly recommended. 7/18/2023 Oh my! So good.... I stopped by snooze Cafe after my dentist appointment for a nice breakfast. Meg, "The Scallion" was my amazing server with assistance from other staff, and what a great dining experience. I ordered an omelet with ham, sausage, avocado, and sour cream with hashbrowns and sourdough toast. The food was amazing, and so was the service. I enjoyed a black coffee and a mimosa and had a shot of jalapeño tequilla shot. This place has such a positive vibe and coolness to it!!! Highly recommended! 4/5/2023 Forget about the rootie, tootie, fresh and fruity as Snooze A.M. Eatery is the place to eat breakfast or brunch. We stopped in today and sat at the bar and were greeted by Meg, our awesome barista and server extraordinare. Meg took our drink order and made a very tasty and perfect Bloody Mary for each of us, so good! I also had a cup of Java and simply perfect. We then each ordered make your own omelet entrees, and the food was prepared to perfection. The eggs were good quality, as were all of the ingredients, including the hash brown side and toast with a house made jam. The restaurant has a cool vibe, is very clean, and all of the staff are awesome, pleasant, and professional. Meg was so nice, professional, and personable! Thanks so much, and we highly recommend this fine establishment. Previous visit Signed up for the wait list and arrived but a mix up with the hostess delayed our seating but other than that issue this was a wonderful place with amazing food, service and people. My wife and I started with drinks and their Bloody Mary was fantastic. The coffee and cappuccino was also superb. We met our server Rhiannon just like the Fleetwood Mac song but just a shade better, what a sweetheart. Excellent Service.!! We both ordered custom 3 egg omelets with hash browns and choice of bread and what a great presentation and tasty dishes to boot. The place has a positive vibe and being our first time visiting we were treated to a special pancake that was out of this world. When leaving the manager even stopped me along with another patron who stopped a guy who apparently hit the bumper of my truck and was driving away. They took his license plate number and had him detained until I came out. I inspected my truck and thankfully there was no damage as I think he just lost some paint on my Ford built tuff bumper haha. Highly recommended as this place is a 10! I wish they took reservations yet the wait list is available on Yelp so give them a try. They have a full bar as well.

I don't understand the desire to make choosing a restroom confusing for people. Snooze has 3 restrooms. All 3 have both a "man" and "woman" symbol on them. As men, we prefer to pee into urinals. They were invented for a reason- to keep pee from splashing onto standard toilets and seats. It helps everyone, especially women! So why then do restaurants make it very difficult for men to know which restroom has a urinal in it? Why does snooze hang an "all inclusive" flag in their establishment when they are seemingly trying to exclude men? They do have 1 restroom that has a urinal in it (some places don't anymore), but good luck guessing which one it is, especially if the restrooms are being used. This was my only gripe with Snooze. The food and service were great. As a business owner myself though, I don't understand, that since they have 3 restrooms, why they don't have a "men's", a "women's", and an everyone else restroom. Or if they are pushing the whole gender neutral or fluid thing (their flag), maybe change the restroom signs to just show what kind of toilet(s) they have. Nobody would be confused, nobody would be "offended", and everyone will feel included.

I am a big fan of snooze for a couple of reasons. Snooze is extremely delicious and reliable food wise and their staff is generally really knowledgeable and happy. The breakfast tacos are out of this world. Perfect / larger portions. Another reason is that they’re waiting/text system for queuing up on the waitlist to have a meal there is extremely efficient. One drawback to this location is their restroom. It is not disability friendly even if they say it is because it technically passes code. When my leg was broken I had two different incidents there where I one slipped and fell and two the swinging heavy door of the bathroom closed behind me and pushed me down on the ground luckily neither time I was hurt simply embarrassed. I would still recommend snooze to anybody but do suggest you bring somebody with you if you’re on crutches or in a wheelchair or have any form of disability/injury and need to use the restroom.

Husband ordered eggs Benedict and I ordered Machaca and eggs. We liked the idea that the sauces are made fresh every day but that didn't help. The dish tasted highly of vinegar. Not sure if they substituted the lemon for vinegar in the sauce or if there was too much vinegar in the poaching water. My machaca and eggs was fine but the pico de gallo was just chopped flavorless tomatoes. I boxed up my leftovers and decided to have one more bite of my beans with a bit of leftover tortilla (bill had already been paid). Unfortunately, I bit into something hard and thought a filling had come out. Spit it out and it was a piece of glass. We told the waiter and he didn't seem overly concerned. The manager never came to apologize. Nothing. I was concerned because my tooth was sore the rest of the day and I once had to have a root canal because I knocked my tooth and cracked the root. Thankfully, it seems fine now especially since we were headed on a trip. I was worried I'd be dealing with tooth pain while on vacation. I'll keep an eye on it but hopefully it will be fine. I dont know if it was the server who didn't care there was glass in the beans and never told the manager or if the manager didn't care. We've been to the restaurants in Tustin and Laguna Niguel. In both restaurants there was one common thread; the employees ignore you and act like you're interrupting them when you need service and it seems the careless attitude extends into the kitchen. The food isn't good enough to deal with bad service and glass...

Rude disrespectful management and customer service. I wouldn’t go there again and wouldn’t recommend it because they can ruin your day and meal.

Manager was a young lady short dark hair she was very rude to us this morning as I passed my with my old mother who was hungry needed to have first meal after fasting for surgery and was dizzy they really made us feel disrespected.

We checked to sit outside with a waitress who said it’s ok to have our take out meal that was ordered from them because we mother was hungry and were waiting for more orders to be ready. Manager was rude came to kick us out said that it’s not true that we checked with a waitress!?? And we need to leave the table if there are customers wanting to sit outside while half the patio was empty and no customers were there ! They didn’t respect our word that we checked with their staff or the old lady on the table. Her tone and attitude was rude and mean.

I wouldn’t hire young staff very unprofessional and do not know how to speak to their customers. We respect their regulations but we don’t accept this treatment and service and to basically calling us liars and kick us out!

Please hire friendly respectful staff. Or train your young managers to welcome their customer and be compassionate and courteous to their paying customers.

And the good we had was not good too specially the...
