Went there with my family on 07/27/2023 place a order after two hours I stepped up and asked when I was going to receive my food the Jung lady answer with a rude attitude that I have to wait after two minutes I received the food that was the worst moment after I wait for so long the rice was not cooked the meat was to salt it in top of that went I tell her that rice was not cooked she answered me with attitude then offered me green plantains or fries went I tell her to bring me the check that I don’t like the food she the it was 92.00 and in top of that she what me to give her tips in other words I pay all that money for nothing because I didn’t eat the worst food and service that I ever...

Stopped to grab a mojito because it was conveniently located across the street from our parking lot. Servers not particularly welcoming. Just glazed over looks when you approach the bar area. Asked for a mojito, charged $11 plus change. I gave it 2 stars only because it tasted good and was beautifully presented. I understand prices are higher these days but the price doesn’t suit the area. As a PR resident who frequents the area often, will not patronize this place again nor recommend it…unless of course you don’t mind limp service and price gouging. Too bad, the place has a catchy name and a very nice patio...

The atmosphere here is amazing! It's what drew us to the place.

Echoing the dismay of other reviewers over the last year and the topic of service, we also did not have good service. We sat for 20 minutes before the server came over asking to help us. We left after she walked away and didn't put in an order.
