Ordered a cake online for pick up Sunday, Jan 21st at 12pm. Got to the store no one knew about the order. An employee called a supervisor to inquire if they knew about my cake order. She stated, "I'm not even supposed to be working. This is ridiculous". Needless to say my cake was not ready. In fact, a supervisor walked in and she explained to him that we were looking for my order. He stated something like, "I just took over this store and haven't even been given a log in to receive web orders". He eventually came back to tell me he could make the cake that they had and preceded to tell me he's not a cake decorator. And it would be a different price than the online price and preceeded to look in the register for the store price. Basically stating if I would want the cake he himself would decorate I'd have to pay more for it even though my order wasn't ready in the first place. Not even offering to give me one of the cakes already made in the lobby freezer for the same price as the online ordered cake or a discount or anything. It was like this was an inconvenience for them. The fact of the matter is none of these lack of business practices were any concern of mine. I just wanted a cake and the situation was not made right or attempted to be made right for the customer. Like I'm gonna pay more for a cake. At that point I told him nevermind to forget about it. What makes the matter worse is the fact I called Friday to see if my cake could be ready for Sat. So it wasn't the fist time the store heard about my order. VERY poor...
Read moreWent through drive thru was taking forever decided to go inside. Only one customer ahead and she worked there, guess she was on break. After doing more visiting than finishing transaction the girl on break tells the one at the counter “gurl you need to take her order”. My response was I,m fixing to leave cause I’m sure not getting waited on. She comes over finely takes my order it never gets processed still waiting when she finely asked them where was my triple chocolate brownie “ oh I didn’t know you needed a brownie”. I counted at least 6 people on staff. You should not have the wait time in drive thru that you have. Your employees should spend less time visiting with each other and treat their coustomers like were signing their paychecks “CAUSE WE ARE”. I’ve been in management long enough to know this kind of service isn’t acceptable. To the manager, and district manager I’m calling you out. Read moreThe employees are super rude! I went through the drive through with my friend and I ordered a chocolate strawberry blizzard and my friend ordered a chocolate dipped cone. We get up to the window and my blizzard was in a shake cup half melted already. It was so melted they couldn't even turn it upside down. Even with stirring it up it was like ice cream soup! My friends dipped cone was half way dipped. The chocolate wasn't anywhere even near the cone so I asked them to re dip it. The drive thru girl snatched it out of my hand and she brought back a monstrosity of a cone that had chocolate over flowing everywhere and ice cream melting down the sides. She didn't re dip it, she poured it over the top! The girl working the window was incredibly rude about everything. I can mark dairy queen off my list to go to now! We won't be back!
