Within minutes you are escorted to your examination room where Doctor Kerry Davis-Fontenot asks questions and listens intently to your needs. Like you, I have sat in waiting rooms or reception areas at doctor's offices for thirty, sixty, and even ninety minutes. That means time off from work or away from your family or daily activities. If your time is valuable and you're looking for a professional team for advice and treatment, The Gallery of Dermatology & Advanced Aesthetics is the only center I can recommend. God forbid you are 5 minutes late because turning left onto the road they're on is impossible, hard to find and easy to miss. I walk in and do my copay, and after I sit down they tell me the doctor no longer has time to see me at my appointment time. You can either wait until she has a free moment to see you or you can reschedule. I told them i wasn't waiting an hour to get fitted in and she said she couldnt give me a definite wait time. I was 5 minutes late and you mean you can no longer see me at the time I scheduled, that is absolutely ridiculous. This was never told and they do not have their late policy posted. And when I asked if I'd have to pay the copay again, they said yes. I wasn't even seen! ...

Today marked my initial appointment for tattoo removal. The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and professionalism, while the facility was both aesthetically pleasing and meticulously clean. Dr. Fontenot was so kind and approachable and thorough in her treatment plan. Megan, the Aesthetician responsible for my laser treatments, was truly remarkable. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming, friendly, and a pleasure to speak with. The best team in dermatology hands down in the SWLA area.
