Now before I begin I want yall to know this is legit and not a joke. This is 2024 we have modern family’s nowadays. So My sugar daddy went to pick up 8 cookies for me and my coworkers for our Christmas party. However, he called me and told me crumbl was closed so I asked him to go to crave. I was telling him and listening to him while he ordered at the drive through. He dropped them off to me and left to go back to work he’s an old working man. It was later that I realized that 2 of my cookies were missing and that one was made sloppy and had spilled over all of the other cookies. So I called the store to see if I could get a remake of them and to get my cookies that were missing. An older lady answered the phone and was very rude with me (she must have thought I was prank calling or something) but I was not I was a serious costumer. Even when I told her I got 8 cookies she rudely exclaimed we don’t have a 8 pack. Well okay I ordered 8 cookies. She then told me she would take down my name and number for the owner. After waiting about an hour I called back because I still hadn’t received any call from the owner. The next person who answered the phone was Lily at first I believed she was much nicer. She looked up our order and told us that whoever took the order didn’t charge us for our two unrecieved cookies and told us that if we brought back our cookies she would remake them for us. So I sent my boyfriend not my sugar daddy to return the messed up cookies to be remade. When there Lily exclaimed to my boyfriend that they would not be remaking our cookies and they will refuse him service. I’m very confused as to why she lied and wouldn’t remake them because he wasn’t being rude at all I believe it is because they were homophobic and didn’t know how to deal with these situations which is why there should’ve been someone in charge on the shift to begin with. Then to top it off while my boyfriend was walking out Lily said she was sorry that he had to deal with me. In the end I’m very upset on how this situation was dealt with and would either like my cookies remade or a refund because this is ridiculous! And I’m sad because they ruined my night and Christmas party my sugar daddy is not happy! Next time crumbl closed I’m going to...
Read moreMy coworker’s sugar daddy picked up cookies for our christmas party. He only received 6 cookies instead of 8. This ruined our christmas party and everyone was upset. We were originally supposed to go to crumble but they were closed. My coworker got his sugar daddy to order 8 cookies and he was on the phone with him as he ordered so he wouldn’t get anything wrong since he is an older man. I guess he didn’t realize he was missing two cookies and so he brought us the cookies and then we realized two were missing. We then called the store to let them know that two cookies were missing and also that the cookies were messed up, because they were. We were not greeted politely at all. She said she couldn’t do anything since there was no one in charge there. My coworker then proceeded to call back again and was greeted politely by another employee who tried to help. She told us that if we were able to bring the cookies we received back to the store then they would be able to remake them. My coworker got his boyfriend to bring the cookies back and the lady told him they couldn’t remake them and that it was his sugar daddy’s fault that the cookies were messed up, which we all know is not true because he is a very slow and careful driver since he is older. She then proceeded to tell him that she was sorry that he had to deal with “him,” referring to my coworker. After that she basically kicked him out of the store when he literally did nothing wrong and was just trying to get the cookies remade for our christmas party. Everyone was upset that we did not have presentable cookies...
Read moreThese were the absolute best cookies! I was blown away by how good these cookies were. Each one individually was so, so good. I went on Friday afternoon so was able to pick from the new line up and part of the old one. I got the Rockefeller, maple bar, snickety split, Flintstone, Hallow-Reese's, and the pumpkin pie. The maple bar was possibly my favorite, but they were all delicious. I was even more impressed by the friendly employees and inviting atmosphere. They immediately greeted us when we walked in and were very happy to walk us through our selection. The rewards program was very easy to sign up for and I got a free cookie just for signing up! This experience with the quality of the cookies and the friendliness of the employees was top notch. It was much better than the experience I had at crumbl (the cookies were not nearly as good at crumbl with the chocolate chip being very pale and we were ignored by the employees until our order was ready). I will be back again and again to crave. Definitely...
