Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Lake Charles

I absolutely adore this place !!! You’re paying for quality, you receive your food quickly , they always find a means to cater to the customer. Always have music playing for the majority of the customer groups that are in there or play cartoons for the kids. ALWAYS something new there.

Foods always made fresh and is REALLY filling. Even if you’re not too sure what to get or what you might be craving; the employees always have FANTASTIC recommendations.

Not to mention their cakes they make; their cakes are BEAUTIFUL and so so so sweet!! I love that you can completely customise everything 100%, no matter what flavour you get.

The manager of this place is really really nice, they make sure things get done no matter what!

Scoops of ice cream are small unless the manager makes them. I understand ice cream is frozen but it takes practice. Ordered a root beer float and it didn't have near enough ice cream...i was disappointed. There was a guy in training but he isn't the one that made my float...the female training him did. Not a good way to train new employees. Comment cards are needed. Another time at drive thru, ordered a powdered sugar donut with chocolate filling and got a bavarian cream one. Business started off fine, don't know why service is dropping. Could be frequent change...

This is an excellent Dunkin' Donuts location. They are in a busy area of Lake Charles with a school, two major department stores, medical offices, banks, a hospital, and more located nearby, so getting into the parking lot can be a chore (unless you know the local shortcut). The service is always friendly and the coffee is very good. My kids enjoy the donuts and my wife and I love the roll ups. We've only had ice cream at this location once and it was delicious. I really like this location and recommend...
