I had the worst experience ever. My family and my brothers family went to the drive thru. At this location the drive thru is only one lane. There is absolutely no way to get out of this line. Upon arrive to the ordering machine we asked if we can make 2 orders. We were told NO. In a very rude way. After explaining we had 2 families in the car. She did not respond. We waited in the line for 15 minutes to ask the manager and try to understand why we couldn't place two orders. Her reply was "Because I told them not to, we are to busy" In the rudest manner. We explained we had a car full of hungry people and to drive all the way around and wait another 20 minutes would be inconvenient. She replied "well you need to come in the lobby". If I wanted to take all the kids out of the car and come inside I would have done that from the start. She was so rude and never apologized for our inconvenience. A simple sorry were unable to do that at this time, would have been fine. She made us feel like we were nothing and our feelings, time, family, or money did not matter. We politely went spend our hard earned money at Izzo's illegal burritos. The staff greeted us with open arms. They gladly took our close too $100 purchase our 2 families made. Read moreWish there was a no star option. My son just had to have Taco Bell. So I Placed order through grub hub, after an hour they said Taco Bell cancelled it that I was missing an item. I went to Taco Bell asked to speak to manager I was looking right at her work. Very u professional. They had 2 managers on duty and 4 workers. The first manager made me wait almost an hour to speak to her, but she never came from behind the cooking line to talk. I should have known something was wrong when it was 4 customers all waiting 15+ minutes for orders only to be given trays with wrong or missing items each times. After she made me wait I finally said excuse me I just need to ask a question to see how to move forward. So if I speak to where you can hear can you answer me. She had an attitude I said I placed an order through grub hub and they said you all cancelled it after an hour. She replied no we can’t cancel it. Then the same manger that was just hanging out in drive through comes from the window and says oh I talked to them on the phone. I said to whom, she said grubhub called and I talked to them. Long story short they did cancel the damn order because they were out of chips. They were out of everything hence why they kept messing up people’s orders. I ordered 3 tacos, a quesadilla, chips and guac and some drinks for my adult son and I. the taco shells tasted rancid. I couldn't even eat them. the chips and guac was a joke. i got a small bag of chips which is WAY too much for the tiny container of guac I received (which was only partially full, maybe slightly more than half. there was no mild sauce whatsoever, the quesadilla said it came with chicken and cheese, but there was a sauce on it too which was not included in the description, nor was there an option to remove it in the app. my son has iphone and it's an option in his app but we ordered through mine (Android), and there was no option to remove it, but it wasn't noted as being included in the quesadilla. the only thing they got right was the drinks. extremely disappointed to pay (tip) for delivery with this order. The delivery was free because of a promo they had for certain dates. That was the only good thing about this order.
