Mongolian Bowl & Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Lake Charles

So we tried this place today. We love the orange location and seen the same people working here in lake Charles so we figured it would be good. 1st let me tell you our waiter ( I can’t remember his name a younger kid with blonde highlights in his hair ) was BEYOND AMAING! Took in every thing we had to say and assured us he is going to work his hardest to get everything right. He deserves a raise and so much more! Now for the negative the food was absolutely horrible. We got bowls all were burnt 🙄 we got the spicy crawfish roll didn’t have the sauce made for it today which is a bummer. We told the manager amber and she didn’t care at all. The people next to us got their food and it was burnt also because they asked us if ours were burnt. They had like no sauces and we held up the line trying to wait for some. The LA Cajun deepfried roll WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS!!!🤤 Being a new location hopefully they can get everything settled and setup correctly. Hopefully the manage will start listening and fix the stuff that needs...

The ambience of entering this establishment was horrible. We wasn’t greeted. I waiter didn’t come within 15 minutes then was told that she was on break and that another service was going to service us but she really didn’t want to . had an attitude when we didn’t like the food and wanted to change something else had the same drink since I’ve been here was told the whole entire time I had to get up to pay for my food never received a ticket was disgusting. The service was disgusting. The utensils was disgusting to get a plastic silverware. Nothing about my experience at this restaurant was appeasing and will never return back. Please watch where you were patriot your money because this establishment was horrible and the manager did nothing about the bad service we received . if I could give zero...

My husband and I each ordered the Bento Box. He ordered shrimp & scallops while I ordered chicken. The waiter seemed irritated and unfriendly. He brought us water and our ticket. Someone else served our food.

Menu said it came with seaweed salad which is what I really wanted. There was about 2 tablespoons of seaweed salad on top of a big mound of lettuce. 5 smalls cut strips of chicken on a bed of sautéed onion. Chicken was dry and very bland. The miso soup was so awful you couldn't eat it.

His shrimp was overcooked. Tails were left on B on the shrimp. Scallops were ok but overcooked.
