Starbucks — Restaurant in Lake Charles

It’s usually a toss up at this location whether or not you get good service. I work down Nelson so stopping at the Ryan or Prien Lake locations aren’t an option for me. If they were I wouldn’t even go to this location. I only ever get the white chocolate mocha and on three separate occasions they had run out of the white mocha powder. Mind you I go at around 7:30 AM so that means all day long they don’t serve white chocolate mochas, surely they loose quite a bit of business when that happens. I could be more understanding if the location was still new but you would think that by now they know how much they sell of that particular product so they should order enough of it to where they don’t just “run out.” Don’t even get me started about the wait. Whether you sit in the drive thru or go inside it’s usually a 20 minute wait. Half of the time they don’t get your order correct. Especially if you are ordering...

I’m not one to post negative reviews; especially for a company to visit frequently, however this location consistently have me upset when I leave. Suspecting that my wait time would be long for one drink, I decided to use the mobile order today....it said my drink would be ready in 5 minutes. Great...I was there in 5,” didn’t see a drink waiting for me and waited, and waited, and waited....15” later, I inquired about it and it was just sitting in the blender. This was not during rush hour and I was the only one in the store waiting in a drink. And...I paid for 2 espresso shots, and I didn’t received a single shot in my drink. Unfortunately, this location is on my way back home from visiting my parents so that’s the only reason I’ve been here on more than...

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came to this Starbucks at around 3pm after visiting another Starbucks. The Starbucks I had previously been to at the Golden Nugget had made our drink wrong twice, annoyed, I brought our messed up drink to this Starbucks, explained and an extremely nice guy greeted me and quickly made me a new drink. There was a woman and a man, I wasn't able to get their names but they were on the 3pm shift and they both made me feel so welcome and the fact that they understood was amazing. I'm a previous Starbucks employee and those 2 employees deserve raises or something. Phenomenal customer service, amazing caramel macchiato and overall just 10/10. Thank you and we'll definitely be...
