The staff was friendly, personable and professional. They knew the products well and that’s very important for people like me who doesn’t like spending money on items or services that I’m not familiar with, especially things that I have to eat or drink. The products are all very healthy and taste good. I recommend your business to anyone who wants something to eat without being left feeling over full and I recommend anyone who lifts to try your shakes after their workout. If anyone has any questions about the products, your staff is ready for their answers. And on the rare occasion that your staff has someone like me who ask a lot of questions, your staff has no issues with saying “I’m not sure of the answer, let me find out for you.” That is totally rare in today’s world as to many people look at not knowing something is a sign of weakness. But your staff actually shows strength in admitting what they don’t know and finding the answers as opposed to the ever popular choice of lying to people to try and hide their lack of knowledge. Your staff takes the initiative to admit their lack of knowledge, by educating...
Read moreI used to be a regular at Clean Juice, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. I ordered the avocado toast, which turned out to be a burnt piece of toast with avocado sloppily spread on top. The presentation and taste were disappointing, especially considering the premium price. When you choose a place like Clean Juice, you expect a healthier, more nutritious option, but what I received didn’t come close to that expectation.
Clean Juice gives the impression of being a fresh, healthy alternative, but the quality of the food did not reflect that today. With an empty dining area and a spotless, new-looking environment, I expected better. Why do standards and values seem to decline once a business gets going? Is it complacency, or have we just stopped caring? Either way, I can’t recommend this place anymore—you’d be better off with a $2 Hot Pocket. On the bright side, the juice is still really good. Will not be around to see when the quality of that is gone as well.
p.s I put the Toast Gone Badocado on my well house to see if an unlucky animals are hungry...
Read moreWent through drive through at 10am on Thursday morning. Nobody ahead of me, nobody behind me. Placed order, told to drive to window which I did. Nobody at window. Sat for 15 minutes until a girl came from back and noticed me. She left. A different girl comes to window and asks if I had almond toast, to which I replied yes. She takes money and walks off. That was at 10:17. A different girl starts making toast at counter because I can see her. When she can back to window I asked her if they had forgotten about me. She blamed computer screen didn’t show my order. That’s irrelevant because I clearly spoke to a live person when I placed my order at drive through. I told her as a business practice, this is unacceptable. There were no other customers walking in or at drive through. So so disappointed. No compensation was offered. Won’t be back. Three employees there and none of them paying attention to...
