Wok D'Lite — Restaurant in Lake Charles

We've been loyal customers for years and recently over the past year or two they've just gone so far down hill. Went a few weeks ago, was wondering why my total was like 33 instead of 30, it's not until AFTER you've paid and AFTER you ask that they tell you "there's a fee for using a card"!!!! What! You're supposed to tell the customer that BEFORE they pay!!! Secondly, on top of lying to customers, the food just keeps getting drier and drier! Got a bunch of food a week ago and the chicken was cooked so long/under a heat lamp, it was as hard as a rock and I couldn't chew it! And they're getting INCREDIBLY stingey on the sauce! Last but not last, the crab rangoons are so over cooked anymore that you can't even bite into one! Every time! So I'm taking all my stars away because we need a new spot to go to unless y'all get...

C9 General Chicken, &House fried rice with a tiny coke. Get home, most of my chicken is burnt and so dry, there's not even enough sauce to mix your rice in!? Like what even. I ordered from here the first time the other night, and the lady who took our order over the phone and was working at the drive thru window was very friendly. Though I suppose I was mistaken on the name of the "General Chicken", I thought it was general tso's chicken, but it's not.
