about 2-3 years ago i came to this location & a bug was in my bag with my food, i was so disgusted that day i never came back to this location .. however recently i started to give this location another try & everytime it has always been something from rude workers to my order being messed up but because this location is closer to my school (5 mins) and in route to my job i continued to come but lastnight that all changed.. i was in a bit of a hurry & the line was a bit long so i went inside, i was immediately greeted by a nice young man who took my order & then less than 5 mins later a nice young lady came to bring me my food so i proceeded to exit the building.. this was my first meal of the day (7pmish) so i sat in the car to prepare everything so i can eat while im driving that’s when i noticed my fries were super pale so i tasted one & couldn’t even continue to chew because it was so nasty & soggy so i went back inside the building, i walked up to the counter & “jasmin” and another young lady were making milkshakes however their backs were turned so i waited patiently until someone could assist me, shortly after i said “excuse me” & jasmin proceeded to me, i explained that my fries are super soggy & if i can have some new ones made, jasmin sighed & grabbed the old fries from me without saying a word & aggressively threw them in the trash however i brushed it off.. a few moments later the other nice young lady comes back with some fresh fries and a big smile on her face, she apologized & i proceeded to exit.. being that i was in a rush i barely had a grip on the bag so before i could make it to the door my knee hit the bag and i dropped it and more than half of the fries went on the floor, i cleaned it up and went back in line to pay for more since that time it was clearly my fault, however nobody was at the counter except rude miss jasmin so again i explained to her what happened & told her that i’ll pay for them however she took the bag from me, rolled her eyes, & went to another employee to talk about me with such an attitude and said “i was making her mad” & the whole time the other employee was looking directly at me which confirmed that i was being talked about but still i was very polite & even apologized .. jasmin came back with the fresh fries & i thanked her however all i got was attitude again, still no words came out her mouth to even say “my pleasure”! & she didn’t even want to hand me my food she tried to put it down on the counter like i wasn’t right there reaching for it with my hands out! as a former cfa employee myself customer service is number 1 & my interaction with jasmin was very much unlike cfa & the image they hold .. when i got back in my car i called the store to speak to a manager but was unsuccessful so that’s why i’m leaving this review but that’ll be the last time i support that cfa location because i don’t spend my money to be treated poorly! it’s always something at this location & it needs to be corrected asap! .. maybe consider moving jasmin to the back of the house since she can’t seem to be professional with...
Read moreVery disappointing! I’ve never been to one that had poor customer service until I went to this one. So I went to pick up an order for Uber Eats, well there was about 20 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing and I was the only customer at the counter. Mind you nobody greeted me or even looked my way. I noticed 2 employees close to me entering behind the counter so I asked them if they knew if anyone was working this specific pick up area, being that nobody acknowledged my presence that I am here to pick up and order. The employee I wasn’t talking to butted in and said “we’re just coming in from break” I said “okay so do you know if anyone is assigned to work right here I’m trying to pick up and order for Uber Eats.” After waiting more minutes I finally got the order and completed the delivery. About 10-15 minutes later I accepted another request for this location, now this is where my total frustration comes in. So I am he only customer at the counter. Same drinks on the counter from when I did my last pick up. Again everyone is standing around there’s 1 cashier taking order inside l. I wait until someone walks by to ask them about the order I am picking up, the girl that was on break earlier placed the drink on the counter and I read it had my customers name. I am waiting now for almost 8 minutes before the team leader tells me they dropped strips for my customer so I say okay I’ll wait. I then let the customer know that I am waiting for their order. 15 minutes has now passed. The girl that was on break told me I may as well have a seat because it’s going to be a while. I decline to sit because my phone battery is on 2% I’m just hoping they hurry so I can go. Well since it went to 1% I just went to my car, had to be in my car for all of 3 minutes went back in the restaurant to get the order and I could not believe my ears…”Someone else came to pick the order up” 😲😳 No way!!! The break girl (Destiny) says “you walked out” hmmm so since I declined to sit and wait in here you give the order you knew I was waiting for away? I speak to a manager (Donald) I swear he’s no better, he gives me a sorry apology not realizing that time is something you can’t get back or replace. All of about 5 of them knew I was there for an Uber order yet they still have out the food to someone else. I must say Chick Fil A gotta do better and hire folk that represent well. I understand it is due to the times- pandemic shut down, trying to come back from pandemic; staff shortages, supply train issues, etc. I try to be very understanding and patient with the employees, because I really still appreciate them for having the fortitude to deal with all the challenges, and still show up and sometimes have to deal with people who are not so cognizant and understanding. Once upon a time I could always count on my neighborhood Chick-fil-A to provide a very good “fast food” meal with their great customer service. I wanted a really good, fresh chicken sandwich and waffle fries, so Saturday evening at 5:30 p.m. (dinner time) I went there, expecting to get a good fresh meal since it was dinner time and busy (at least the drive thru was). I decided to dine in as I had been traveling all day. I placed my order, a combo number one- chicken sandwich, waffles fries and a drink, substituting the drink with a shake, so the price of my meal was $12. I have never had an issue paying more (premium price for a fast food meal) because (1) the service was exceptional and (2) the food was always worth it. I received my food and the sandwich looked like it had been sitting all day and the fries were very cold. I took a bite and it also tasted like it had been sitting there all day. I did not want to be “that” customer, but I wanted some fresh food (and I paid $12)- at least the sandwich, although I prefer my fries hot (who doesn’t, lol), I at least needed my sandwich to be fresh. I nicely asked the young lady behind the counter if I could get a fresh sandwich. She was very nice, understanding and said she would take care of it. I was not surprised as the service is always on point. I received the second sandwich (see pic) and took it back to the counter and asked for me money back. The young lady was apologetic and gave my money back with no problem or questions. I really would have preferred that she offered to have my sandwich and fries cooked fresh.
