I went to the stall and placed an order. The employee had to come out to take my order and write it down due to the speaker not working. So she wrote down my order and I was picking up another order for my aunt. I specifically told her how I want my burger which burger I want along with the size. I push the button again. Once again another employee came out and I had asked him to give me a drink carrier due to me having three drinks. Well I got the food and the drinks. Then the employee had to go back to get a drink carrier because he was not told to bring me out a carrier. I went back to my aunt's house, gave her her drink her food lo and behold. My food was not in there. I had to make a trip back to Sonic 10. Maybe 15 minutes later. I told them at the drive-thru about what I was missing and the stall I was in. She asked me to come up front to the window. I drove up to the window. The employee another one different came out to my vehicle and asked me what it was. I specifically told her how I want my burger which burger it was and my drink. I ordered Lars. She was kind enough to give me a route 44 drink. Well. She brought out the food pretty quick. She said that the food was sitting out and wasn't broughten out to me so she handing me, my food and the drink. I ordered a large so I went home, opened the bag. The fries were medium. The burger had two slices of cheese when I specifically asked for one . The burger was so soggy and just dripping with grease. It did not. Just have mayo like I asked. It even had ketchup in there which I specifically asked not to put ketchup, just mayonnaise. The lettuce was so soggy there was grease dripping out of the burger. It was so disgusting. I even asked for ketchup and she said she'll get it for me. There was no ketchup nor napkins in my bag. This was a total nightmare. Would I go back? The attitudes of the managers and the kids who are, lets just be real, running the place is out of control. Like seriously, these owners should be embarrassed. The one manager who looks like she could be an adult is the worst of all. I asked for the owners contact info and she rolled her eyes at me and said "I dont have time for people like you". People like who? What is she saying really? Apparently the owner is a local teacher and while I try to support the teachers in our small city, I would hate to see how she runs her class if she cant manage a simple burger joint. They also have their kid working there, hustling out her parents ownership like shes the child of royalty. Cant get a simple order correct but acts as if shes running a Michelin rated restaurant. While I was sitting there waiting I watched 10 other vehicles leave the drive -thru line. When I finally received my food, I told the girl at the window that 18 minutes is entirely too long to make people wait. Not only that but how much money that business is losing because its taking nearly 20 minutes to get people their food. I originally went through McDonalds drive thru first where they told me it was going to be a 15 minute wait. So I went to Sonic instead. Should have just waited at McDonalds.
