Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

My son was turning 13th and for the last 6 years has always requested a cake from BR. I ordered my son's birthday cake 4 days prior to my son's party on 8/28. Ordered the all icecream Oreo cookies and cream football cake. Pretty simple right? Wrong-- My pickup time was 11am, scheduled since the party was at 1pm. 11:30 dark inside, no lights, no activity. Call, phone is a fast busy signal and no way to leave message. Finally, a man opens the door and tells me there's a staffing issue but hands me my cake. So we have the party and the "football" looks more like a football shaped piece of dirt ir sand due to the light color icing used. But the best part is when we sing to my son and cut into the cake, it's NOT Oreo!!! It was cookie dough and we all literally hate that flavor! It's gross. My son's 13th milestone birthday was completely RUINED! Thank you Baskin Robbins for destroying any chance that I will ever set foot into another BR ever! Not only did Baskin Robbins RUIN my son's birthday, but I paid $50 for nothing and the entire cake went in the trash! Customer service and attention to detail in gone. Nowadays you cannot even get the bare minimum anymore! What do we pay for??? So sad and...

Eh. The girl who was working here last time I came by seemed nice, but sort of awkward.. Well, she meant well though. Make sure to ask for napkins and the small pink spoons, because I didn't receive either on my visit.

It's a shame they don't provide Orange flavored ice cream like the one in LA, but they do have Rainbow Sherbet that has the flavor mixed in with Pineapple and Raspberry (? I think). The flavors available are a bit lacking compared to its LA counterpart, but still a place to go to if you're yearning for some good ol' ice cream in your freezer (or stomach).

I went in to this Baskin Robbins on Friday afternoon I am disabled in a wheelchair when person was Waiting on a customer ordering a cake the other was helping the gentleman in line in front of me to other people came in the store after me When they finished waiting on the customer in front of me they went immediately to the customer behind me even after I said something there was no apology no recognition of what they did wrong nothing as much as I love Baskin robins if I have to drive to Temecula a Marietta for one I will go there as opposed to using a place that refuses to wait on...
