Hana Sushi Canyon Hills — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

We have been customers since the day this place was opened. It has been one of our favorite places, especially when it comes to sushi. I apologize for just now reviewing this spot. The sushi is always fresh and good portions to price point. The servers have always been right on any requests and the sushi chefs are creative and fun.

The prices are reasonable and the owners have been like family. The owners, Both Steve and Michelle are amazing people through and through. They have cared for each of theirs guests with the upmost in service and community. Due to health issues they have made the unselfish decision to sell the store. It breaks our hearts to see them go. Ate at the Menifee location 2 weeks ago, it was sooo good we ordered the same at Canyon Hills.....we were extremely disappointed with the presentation, Calamari Roll had no lemon slices, no orchid garnish, just a small amount of sloppy chopped up ingredients on top of rice rolls, not at all like the other location, or the photograph, so it was rejected, not worth $15. Asparagus Roll didn't look much better, the sauce wasn't even spread on the plate in a design, but we were hungry. Tasted OK, not spectacular like we had before. What happened to this location? The Sushi Chef was very young ....more training for him. Not one other person in the restaurant...

Have you ever had a rice free sushi roll? The protein roll is one of my favorite offered at Hannah sushi! They use crab salad rather than rice & plenty of fresh fish! They do not use tiny slices with hardly any flavor. 🤩

The salmon sashimi slices are large than most sushi restaurants. Which makes the price worth it! I recommend trying salmon belly!

They will also have some high end fish available on occasion such as blue fun tuna which my friend loves!

Hannah sushi is our favorite sushi restaurant. We often find ourselves comparing other sushi restaurants to Hannah because they've set the bar high in quality. ☺️
