Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!

I came to this Juice it Up and was excited to be the only customer, although the employee was on his phone and finished his texts before he looked up to greet me. I ordered $41 of acai bowls, which were 4 bowls almost all with the same ingredients. A family of 3 came in after me and ordered 3 smoothies. The employee told me that my order would take about 10 min, so I waited in the car. About 15 min later, I went back inside, and he hadn't even started making them. I was in disbelief, and he was still trying to confirm with me what ingredients were in each one. Then, after waiting another 15 min, granted, by this time, there are 4 sets of customers waiting in line without being yet helped or even greeted. And.. ..what I received was DISGUSTING! It had old frozen dilapidated blueberries, which should be fresh at a Juice bar, and he made mistakes on the orders. Other clients left before ordering. Unfortunately, I will never visit this location again, and i bummed because it's right where I run my errands. And, right in the neighborhood of some high-end clients. The list goes on, but I'm going to stop there.

Yesterday My son and I went to this location to get some smoothies. We had one of the worst service. We got there around 4:10 2 ladies were working we stand inline for about 12 minutes just waiting to order, no body said hi or anything. Finally we order and they already had about 5 customers behind us already . One of the lady was working on the online orders. I notice everyone else that order after me all the 5 customers got their orders and were gone and my son and I we were still waiting. I ask the lady that took our order, her hair is shorter from the bottom is there a reason why everyone else got their drinks already before I did . I ask don’t you guy’s go by order whoever order first. She respond no we don’t go by order. So I was the first to order and the last to get my drinks we were there for about 45 minutes. very disappointed I ask for a phone number to call and report this. I did not get any. Definitely...

Update: May 2025: since my last review, I’ve gone to the same Juice It Up and my Açaí berry bowls have been AMAZING!! I appreciate the owner of the store reaching out and wanting to do better! Kudos to him and his staff for turning a negative experience into a learning opportunity for his staff and retaining a loyal customer. Thank you! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Old review: I just bought 2 açaí berry bowls from my local Juice it Up. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this happens so I decided to post a review. I spent nearly $30 on 2 large bowls and neither of them were full. For the sake of being fair, I’m posting a picture of my bowl which was more full than my daughters yet it was still about 25% empty. I don’t get bowls often because they are pricey, but when I do buy them, I do not expect to feel jipped. I’m sure there are some standards given this is a franchise so please...
