i i’ve had negative experiences at this location with the same cashier over the Last year with the same cashier. I stopped going for a while, but it is the closest one to my house so sometimes I’ll stop there for breakfast in the morning with my children is cashier Is a young lady with red dyed hair and braces. This morning on October 28th 2025 at 6:47 this morning, she took my order through the drive-through and collected money for me out the window. She argued with me about my drink being added as an extra drink instead of putting it in the combo because that’s how it comes. I explained to her that I used to work at Jack-in-the-Box and that It is good common courtesy to ask the guest what kind of drink drinks they want instead of just up selling an extra drink when you didn’t even order an original drink with the combo. She argued with me for about a minute about why she didn’t add my drink to the Combo originally. I explained to her I did not have time to argue with her and she finally left to go get my food. she handed me my order, but she didn’t modify it and put the hash brown in the burrito like I asked, and she did not give me a receipt. She did not come back to the window for some time. Finally, she came back to the window and I told her that the hashbrowns should be in the burrito and she fixed it for me one time previously months before I asked her for ranch with a $25 order and she did not give it to me without charging me. I have never been charged for ranch at a Jack-in-the-Box location before I’ve seen this Jack-in-the-Box Worker many times. I even seen A negative video of her on a Social media group in Canyon Hills. I am incredibly tired of this rude young Lady Getting away with terrible customer service. I’m writing this review so that hopefully her work ethics can be shaped and she can stop treating people so badly. It wasn’t insane. Wow literally drove away but had to leave this review to make a point abt these fast food businesses hiring ppl like that! Literally was on a business call for a job opportunity worth more than homegirls salary for two weeks sorry if I needed a moment before ordering instead very rudly insisted I order in that very moment cause people are waiting behind me this ain’t a race girl sorry you got to do your job. Have yall never been taught patience I guess not. Read moreI just came from there it took the lady 10 mins to answer me at the drive thru. I called the phone number to see if there was someone there and no one answered the phone of course. I called the second time this lady finally answered me. She could not understand me after I asked her I wanted 2 oreo milkshake and 1 vanilla milkshake and I saw on the screen it shows 1 OJ so I went up to the window. She asked me I don’t know how many times oreo? Yes oreo then again oreo? Yes oreo! Then she took times trying to make them then once she hang them to me they were all dirty. Dripping everywhere so I gave it back to her and left. Dirty and poor customer service. She was touching the cups, caps and everything like dirty!!! Oh yeah I went there a few times at 0500-0600am and there’s never anyone answering at the drive thru. Not sure what those employees do over there. I looked on the window to see what their business hours are and it shows they open at 0430am but there’s NEVER anyone there around that time. I get off work at 0430am and try to buy something to eat before going home but I’ve been wasting my time since their employees are not working! Never going back there anymore.
