Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

Love Domino's 🍕, and usually leave 5 🌟s. The store I order from, I give 5 🌟s, service, food quality, & delivery are all 5 🌟s. The online order app I am only giving 3 🌟s to today because there are some 'bugs' in the app that need to be fixed. One main issue I had today is the points toward a free 🍕. One needs 60 points to earn a free 🍕 . You need to have at least a $10. order, pre-tip, & you can only earn points once a day. I had 50 points before making my order today. My subtotal for food and drinks was just under $20., and that did not include the $4.99 delivery fee, the tax, or bottle deposit. I was well over $10. pre-tip. At the close after checkout I saw a notice that Domino's was sorry..I did not earn any points this order. (Even though I met the requirements, as I stated above). If Domino's app would have worked correctly, I would have earned a free 🍕 on my next order. Hopefully all the 'bugs' get ironed out by the next time I...

I am not one who is usually all that picky about pizza restaurants. I definitely have my favorites though. However this particular Domino’s Pizzaria has, for the last three times in a row, burnt food. My pizza I can take a bit crispy but the Phillycheesesteak they burnt to the point of unrecognizable. I took the sandwich back into the store and asked the shift lead if he would eat one in that condition? His response to me after taking it around to all of his staff was, “ Sir, that’s normal. We can’t help the condition of the cheese.” The half of the roll was as hard as a baguette. The cheese was hardened. The meat was black, and the only recognizable items were the bell peppers and onions. Subway now makes a Phillycheese that I would rate 4/10 but the only reason I’m giving Domino’s a single star rating is because it’s not possible to give 0 stars. It would have been different if they hadn’t given me the line that it doesn’t get...

update I recently two weeks ago had great servixe but unfortunately while delicious the order was wrong. This time when I called I spoke with Carlos. He not only offer ed to fix my order but gave me the option of getting it right the next time by getting my same order but correct the second time. I choose the second option fearful that it might not be honored. Not only was it delicious and pwferxt...it was extreme timely! Thank you all for stepping it up and fixing the problem this location has hired amazing managers since my last review everything was perfect thank you!

I called to say what was wrong with my pizza and was told basicly that when I order a pizza the way I did those things happen......half my pizza when delivered was on one side of the box.... yeah waste of money no one could eat and I was given an fu by the store thanks dominos you are not so great with...
