Worst Starbucks ever!!! I was so happy when they put it in. However ever time I ordered there’s an issue. This last time was the final straw. I went in for a re-order, because last time I was in there I ordered a large pumpkin spice latte with coconut milk, a blueberry iced tea without lemonade and without ice, and an extra large pink drink without ice. What they gave me was a white chocolate mocha with dairy milk a blueberry iced tea without water heavy on the ice and a pink drink heavy on the ice. When I said something to the guy at the drive-through he proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. At that point I hadn’t even noticed if they didn’t give me a pumpkin spice latte. When I got to where I was going and took a drink of the pumpkin spice latte I got sick. Called manager explain what it happened and was told that I could come in for a re-order. I really don’t like that Starbucks so I avoided them for a bit and finally went in today for my re-order and the manager on shift proceeded to try to argue with me about my order. Telling me the pumpkin spice latte has dairy in it I said but I ordered it with coconut milk what I got was a white mocha latte with cows milk, and proceeded to try to tell her what happened. I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at this location on July 5th. Nick was working the drive through speaker and window. He was very friendly when we ordered. When we got to the window he greeted us immediately and started making animated faces and playing peekaboo with my 2 1/2 year old daughter in the back seat. She was so excited that he acknowledged her. I rolled down the window so they could talk and they had a funny little exchange, he asked her different questions and she responded back.
I know it seems like something that's no big deal, but it meant the world to her. It was such a special little moment, I wish I had got it on video. So thank you Nick for taking the time to do that, it meant a lot to us!
Give this guy a raise, make him a manager, or let him run the store. We need more people like this in the world.

Read moreRude, rude rude... I was asking help with finding a transaction about a return and she was rude. She did even want to bother with me. She said to move to the side that she had to help someone that came up after me. Another cashier help then but she still didn't attempt to help me. I went out to my car. I explained to my daughter over phone what happen. When she got there she went in to ask about the new release.. and she was brushed off as well. I know they are busy when getting a new release, but there is No reason to me mean and dismissive to me, my daughteror any customer. When I/we spend a few hundreds of dollars monthly, thousands every year on coffee, food and merchandise. So disappointed...
