I am happy to say that I can increase my previous score, 2 stars, to 4 stars. This location has hired new staff and the service has improved tremendously. The food is good and if you sign up for their app you get great coupons.
Previous review: The food at this location is good, but the newer staff is rude and acts like customers are an inconvenience. Yesterday, my family and I went for lunch. We waited in line while the cashier did something over by her register (not sure what she was doing, not counting cash or dealing with receipts). She didn't acknowledge us or greet us. No mention of "I'll be right with you". She just left us standing there for about two minutes like we didn't exist. As we were ordering, a different customer came over to ask why she hadn't gotten her bread. She was rudely told that her lunch no longer came with bread. I understand that lunches change, but the tone of the response was rude and unacceptable. Instead of "I'm sorry our lunches changed and this combination no longer comes with bread." (or something similar) the response was "It changed! No bread!" Another customer came to ask about carrots that were missing from her order. Read moreTerrible customer service. Very rude. We ordered our meal online and picked it up. When we emptied the bag at home, we realized that a sandwich was missing. We called Corner Bakery and told them and asked if we could come and pick up the sandwich. She said that she personally packed the order and that the sandwich was in the bag. We said it was not in there and that it must still be at the restaurant. We asked if we could come back and pick it up and she asked us if we wanted to pick it up that day or another day. We said we needed it for our dinner so we wanted to pick it up within 10 minutes. When I went inside to pick up the sandwich, the girl was still insisting that the sandwich was in the bag. I told her that it wasn't in there. She started questioning me as to how it was ordered and said that they were having trouble with delivery people taking food out of the orders. I told her that I picked up the order and it was missing the sandwich. It was like she wasn't believing me. She was very rude and it made me feel upset. And now I don't want to go back to that location. We have been going here since they opened...
Read moreWhat an awesome team! I understand that during the lunch hours this area/parking lot gets busy due to all the working professional in the area, but the team over at CB takes it in strides. I ordered online for a lunch and it was very speedy and easy to do, unfortunately i did not receive my bag of chips. I'm not one to complain but I do believe a person should get what they pay for so I called back the location. Marisol answered and was very apologetic and said they can remake the meal if i was willing to come back. Due to my busy schedule I did not have the liberty to drive over town again. I was transferred to the Manager Brenda, and she offered to make a note on my account and that I can come back for credit.
I came back the following day and Marisol took care of me. Order was perfect and she remembered me, even gave me a cookie for the trouble. Now that's customer service. Thank you very much CB team you guys...
