I visited this place after several years and the truth is I had no desire to return. The man who helped me did so very reluctantly and made faces with his face and sounds of disgust when he was making the sandwich, he was so rude when I asked before he started to make it if it is possible to toast just the bread and the cheese then put the tuna on it, but he was mad. In the end I asked him his name, he didn't even have his name on his shirt, he said his name was Humberto. Well Humberto, one piece of advice that I give you is that when you work in customer service you must give the best treatment to the client and quality service because the client is a fundamental part for the business to grow. My way of thinking is that you must treat the customer who would like to be treated anywhere and if you are not able to do so if you cannot even say hello when a customer arrives then you are in the wrong place. Their sandwich was fine, but will not go back again. The Subway at El Toro Rd. and Bridger at the Chevron station accepts all coupons and specials and they make good sandwiches. I usually always use them but it was more convenient for this place. I use the coupons and emails specials all the time, so never will I be back at this Subway.
