Scotty's Broasted Chicken — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

This is a SCARY place to eat. We ordered the catfish dinner, which was still hard frozen inside with deep pink flesh, clearly raw. My husband's chicken was also undercooked and red all inside. The orders were wrong, which we would have just accepted, but we paid a lot for these two orders.

But who do we talk to? My husband was totally ignored when he went in to pick up our order. No greeting - he gave the counter girl his name, she pronounced the price, put his money in the register, put the bag on the counter and turned her back. Not one other word! Strange thing is, no one else was there - we would have understood if it was busy. After we got our food home, we knew why no one else was there. We called to discuss this with them, and simply no one cared. Suddenly, every employee was "the manager," and the real manager never called us back. It was unbelievable. We saved our food to give to the health department - other than them, no one else should have this trash food....

We have been going to Scotty's for 20+ years. It was always wonderful. We ordered 2 broasted chickens yesterday, and they were disgusting. I am sure they were not even broasted, dry, very small in size compared to what we used to get, and no flavor. We were so disappointed especially because we were having family over. For years we always told everyone how big their pieces were. I don't know if they have new owners or what.My husband even called to ask what happened just to get hung up on. We got there about 5:30 on a Friday night, the place was packed & the line to order was long. Took at least half an hour to order & get a spot to sit. There were four of us, so we ordered a 12 or 14 pc family meal. 4 breasts, 4 thighs, 4 drumsticks & 2 wings (I think), the meal also came with cole slaw, fries & biscuits. Cost, over $60. The chicken, fries & biscuits were fresh and hot and very good. Everybody else seemed to enjoy the cole slaw, which I had no interest in trying. The service was good & friendly.
