I had just moved to town and I needed a bedroom set. I had heard great things about Mills brothers, and they were just one of 5 stores my sister and I went to. They had the perfect set I was looking for and Jason our salesman was so helpful and super friendly!! My furniture was delivered 4 days later and I LOVE IT! The delivery guys were super friendly and nice too. They showed me how to use the adjustable frame --which I love!! Then about 2 weeks later, I went back and ordered the headboard to match. Was lucky to have Jason again, and he ordered it for me. He thought it would be in about 2-3 weeks but about 10 days later it was in! Had my same delivery men too!! Highly recommend this hidden gem in Lake Havasu City, AZ! Jason is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, really knows his stuff about beds & mattresses! Purchased Murphy cabinet bed at an unbeatable price, & it included delivery & set up! Delivery was the next day & 2 young men, Curtis & CJ, who did the set up couldn't have been more efficient while being careful around my other furnishings. Provided me with additional info about the product, cleaned up afterward, & were friendly too! Absolutely love it! Now my neighbor has seen it & wants one too for her spare room! Best customer service I have experienced. Obviously buying a mattress is not an everyday occurrence and Jason was a pros pro. He took his time with us and not only let us try different mattresses, but took the time to explain the pros and cons of each of them. He didn’t try and take us to the most expensive bed and sell us on it, rather asked great questions and gave us the facts on each bed. The sales process was smooth and he really helped us stay within our budget. Family friendly people…. Jason even watched our daughter for us while we payed on several Different mattresses.
