Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Lake Jackson

The place looks nice inside. Ordering was a little confusing at first, being my first time. The person behind the counter was very not engaging and that made the process even more difficult. Got the order all put in and we waited about 15-20 for it to come out. While we sat there, seen 2 couples come in stand for a minute and leave. No one engaged with them. After we got our food, we took it home to find out we were missing part of the order. Tried calling a few times and no answer. Had to drive back to get it all fixed. The fist time I went, Mikey helped me, he was absolutely awesome!! Answered all my questions. Helped me decide on my order, the order came out quick and delicious!! The second time it was less busy then the first time, the ladies working were too busy chatting to each other to get our order, it took about 5 min to order, and about 15 min to get our food. They were not as helpful nor as interested in customer service as my first visit. The food was still delicious but service was not good. First time visiting this restaurant. Brother-in-law suggested it. I got the original chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with a bowl of tomato bisque soup. The soup was served steaming hot so I let it cool while I ate the sandwich. The croissant bread could have been softer but I think it must have been stored in a cooler. The chicken salad was tasty, but I should have gotten a different versions since I like pecans and cranberries in my chicken salad. They have several varieties of the chicken salad.
