Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Lake Jackson

To be fair 3 stars because I should have know what I was getting into. Basically premade bagged, fast food. It wouldn't be fair if I gave 1 star overall because this is a fast food type chain so it is what it is. Tastes like Taco Bell quality and we all know how that tastes. If you like fast food then you may LOVE this place. It is NOT homemade and the lettuce has that premade bagged flavor. Chicken is precooked, soaked in fast food style brine before arriving to the restaurant (I am assuming) and reheated. Tortilla for the wrap was horrible, tasted extremely fake. So I was pretty tired from riding my 10 speed and decided to check out this Tropical Smoothy establishment and they were super kind allowing Mr to bring my bike in while I ate. The beautiful ladies behind the counter were kind, knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and customer oriented. The place was exceptionally clean. I absolutely love this place!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Cafe is always clean and has a fresh feel about it. I am slowly trying all the smoothies and food but so far I have not found anything I don't like. You can add extras like protein powder, vitamins, probiotics or even energy supplements to a smoothie.
