Umm do people have no taste buds that have been reviewing this place? Anywho where to begin... Came here this past Saturday night. Sat outside right by the entrance. Had our orders taken and while waiting, a few girls who worked there (in their Hawaiian outfits) and looked to be about 19, came outside, stood within inches of us and kept taking pics and selfies of themselves, while being extremely loud and obnoxious. At one point, one of the girls literally had her behind in my husband's face. That's when I started getting angry and was about to say something but luckily just my angry look was enough to send them back inside. It was then that our server came out and brought me the wrong drink and asked me if I still wanted it. The drink was $5 more than the one I ordered. I asked her if I had to pay full price. She told me that I did. I declined and she took the drink away. I'd love to know what poor soul ended up with that $15 used drink after me. Ridiculous. Why not just let me keep the drink??? Who does that??? I know for a fact that other establishments pour wrong drinks out or offer the patron to keep it for free. Then, years later when I finally got the drink I actually ordered, it ended up tasting nasty. We left after that....

I came here and showed them my temporary paper Id from the dmv, the ones that’re given to you to use in the meantime while you wait for your card in the mail. The bartender refused it and showed it to his boss who looked at me and said he can’t accept it. I showed him my expired id that clearly shows I’m 21 and still refused. Then proceeded to tell me and my friends to leave the bar because i ‘technically’ couldn’t sit at the bar even though I had valid proof that I am 21 years old. Just weirdly unnecessary and rude. I have never had someone refuse a paper id from the dmv. So stupid. Then after they made us sit outside. Then had a server come out and bring the drinks to my friends and recheck their ids even though you clearly need your id to order the drink in the first place……..and then went out of her way to ask if I was the one who had the paper Id and I said yes. Then proceeded to remind me that I couldn’t get a drink. Just weirdly obsessed with being rude to their customers it seems. I was annoyed at being refused service but would've been fine with that, but the kicking us out, rechecking our ids and being repeatedly condescending and rude felt too intentional and targeted for me to not feel hurt and upset by the...

We love the crawfish here… me and my family came to have dinner here tonight before they stop serving crawfish for the season. We arrived and were seated the chairs were dirty with sticky stuff. We just ignored it. Our crawfish took about 25 minutes to come out. 15 minutes later after that I still haven’t got my ramen bowl. So I ask another waitress because ours was sitting at the front with other ladies talking. The lady told me it takes about 10 minutes for it. I said I ordered it with our crawfish …. She then said ohhhh let me get with my manager… our waitress goes and puts in my order I guess she forgot. She comes and tells me sorry they are working on it.. the crawfish cooks fast the ramen takes time. I said negative that lady told me 10 minutes. She said ohhh she did.. then said well it’s coming out. We seen a group of older ladies sit next to us never were helped they ended up leaving… our waitress...

Not a bad restaurant and a great bar. You pay a bit more for the themed tiki drinks, but they're tasty and made well. I had the Pineapple Julep, which I loved. It was mostly soda and juice, with just enough rum for a buzz. For food, I had the Mexican ramen, which sadly, for having chorizo in it, was lacking flavor. Something that looked so good shouldn't have to have Tabasco sauce added into it. It was alright, and it made a good meal, but I can't recommend the ramen here compared to other places I'll have to have more of their menu. Came here again 10/27/21 Sat at the bar, and Casey the new bartender took care of me. Great recommendations and made a great sub when she couldn't find something. A friendly and bubbly person that knows the menu well. At her suggestion I had the taco bowl, which was absolutely fabulous.

Aloha! This is the spot in Lake Jackson for tropical drinks!! They have an amazing happy hour for half priced drinks (tropical storm) from 8pm-9pm!! We had the sharable Chi Chi Nut Punch, the Suni Haze and the Malie Circus. All were mixed in house recipes from their Mixologists, our bartender Gaby was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered some food as well, we got the Kalua Nachos, was a larger portion than we were expecting, large chips and plentiful toppings, Polynesian Riblets which were fall off the bone with sweet and spicy sauce (was our favorite) and the Backyard Shrimp Boil Ramen, the broth was spicy, but was very flavorful and had plenty shrimp and fixings. We will be Poly Popping again soon, we really enjoyed the lovely chill atmosphere with candle lights and the delicious food and drinks. Thanks Gaby!!
