Might be a good idea to update your location's closing times. Not sure who is in charge of that. However, it shows being updated by phone 4 days ago. Yet, is still inaccurate. This inaccuracy affects orders of all kinds. Outside of those placed directly. Doordash goes by your unupdated hours as well.
Understand it's a common enough issue. That being said, It would be less frustrating if your employees reacted in a manner more befitting of someone in customer service. Speaking monotone and in an annoyed fashion isn't cutting it. Especially when it's a simple fix to update you times.
I realize people just want to go home. However, considering you are unaware of where I've driven from. That, or how much money I've potentially lost access to due an online order. Which is now bunk and in need of refunding. A simple, "Sorry we're closed and need to update our hours." Then top it off with a kinder tone. Would make for a less frustrating and disrespectful experience.
All in all, just update your hours, work on your customer service, and approach people with a little more respect. The last two issues lacking are what led to this review. Versus the hours situation which is, again,...

I get that we haven't had a Wendy's in Lake Jackson for quite a few years but this place won't last long with the slow service and lack of customer service. You pull up to the drive-thru menu board to order and the person on the speaker says "h-hello?" You say hello in return and instead of getting "how may I help you" or "can I take your order", you get "c-c-can I help you?" They acted like they had no clue how to take an order. No one read my order back to me to make sure it was correct. My food was practically thrown out the window into my vehicle by what appeared to be a MANAGER, who also never attempted to verify my order.
If you're hungry for Wendy's, expect a long wait. There is no sense of urgency from anyone who works here. If you want something quicker, Whataburger is a mile...
   Read moreThis place has painfully slow service. It's been there well over a year so management should have their act together by now. If you're doing the drive-thru, be prepared to wait 15 minutes or more for your food. Last time I went through the cashier tried charging me more than what was displayed when I placed my order. After I kindly corrected her on it, she copped an attitude with me.
I asked for no tomato on my most recent order and it came with tomatoes. And I did not receive a straw with my drink, probably because I upset her.
