I recently visited Everything Bundt Cakes to pick up a special treat for my notary business clients, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Having heard rave reviews about this place, I was eager to try their offerings for myself.
The range of cakes on display was impressive, each beautifully crafted and inviting. I was looking for something petite yet plentiful, and the staff member was incredibly helpful in guiding my choice. Opting for an assortment of mini Bundt cakes, one of every kind, turned out to be a perfect decision. These little cakes were not only charming and ideal for gifting, but also offered a variety of flavors to suit different tastes.
The cakes themselves were a delight to savor. They struck a delightful balance between the richness of a pound cake and a lighter, more airy texture. The frosting deserves a special mention ā it was simply amazing, adding just the right touch of sweetness to each cake.
Presenting these mini Bundt cakes to my clients was a joy. They were well-received and appreciated, making them an excellent choice for showing my gratitude.
In summary, Everything Bundt Cakes is a fantastic option for anyone looking for exquisite and delicious treats, whether for personal enjoyment or as a thoughtful gift. The quality of the cakes, combined with the variety and exceptional service, ensures that I will definitely be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give it a zero I definitely would! After being a long time customer, I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my husband experienced on Saturday January 22 at approximately 10:30am. I specify that information so that the business owners can verify who was on shift on that day and time. The Sales Associate asked my husband what name the order was under. After saying my name she asked him to repeat it 3 times and thereafter had the audacity to state āItās hard to understand you with your accent.ā Shocked at her comment, my husband did not address it. When he received the cake, he asked if the cake was paid for as he wanted to confirm before walking out to which the Sales Associate then replied āoh, you must be the delivery guy, yes it was paid for online.ā The comments were nothing short of rude, offensive and discriminatory.Ā It is clear with these types of comments that the Sales Associate has a lot of work to do on her biases.Ā This was an establishment where all my friends and family purchased their cakes and cupcakes for various events. I will no longer be a patron of this business nor will I continue to recommend.Ā People of diverse backgrounds should not be made to feel inferior especially when supporting a business. I have no choice but to discontinue purchasing from this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe cakes are really scrumptious and I've purchased these for both work meetings and personal gifts quite often. Unfortunately, their customer service is lacking. At a delivery to the office, the girl was so rude, even security said "she sure didn't want to be here." Later, I was given a pack of coupons after asking for just a few. They wanted me to distribute at work, but we are not allowed to do that. I did give a lot out at other events. I only had the coupons a couple days and I went in to buy a dozen bundtlets for a gift and used one coupon. But because the sales person misunderstood a comment I made about the stack of coupons I had, the owner asked for the coupons back via a coworker! She made it seem like I wanted to use them all (500+!) for myself! It was unprofessional, uncalled for and embarrassing! I spent almost $50 at that visit and certainly don't need free cake! Not to mention, I personally rarely eat sweets. I went back after that to pick up a few gifts I ordered online and they were less than welcoming. Can't say I will never go there again because the product is good, but I will always try to go elsewhere in the future because of...
