MyFitFoods — Restaurant in Lake Oswego

What a phenomenal experience. I am familiar with their concept and a fan of their menu, however Dane and Tristan made the experience. Talk about pride of professionalism.

When I entered the store with my wife, I was promptly greeted by them. Each embodied the perfection of perhaps what My Fit Foods may have in mind (extremely muscular builds). We weren't intimidated one bit and felt immediately at home after Dane showed us around and explained how things worked. Heck, we even purchased significantly more than we had planned because the customer service was impeccable and, well I sure wouldn't mind being built like one of these guys!

While we were shopping, Tristan came to empty our hands of our items and neatly stacked them at the register. When it came time to pay, it literally was as simple as sliding my card; he had already scanned the items ahead of time!

To top it off, our bags were carried to the door and we were genuinely thanked and welcomed to return again.

Only the highest caliber of customer service and quality are embodied at this store. If you like My Fit Foods and their concept, make sure to stop by and give Tristan and Dane a shout! Absolutely brilliant.

I absolutely love love love my fit foods. I’ve tried so many different prepared meals to help lose weight from different places and always failed because the food portions were so ridiculous too small that I was always hungry or the food tasted awful. With my fit foods the food is yummy yum yum and I’m full after I eat the meal. The prices are also very reasonable to even fit my limited income. I’ve lost weight and went from 222.2 pounds down to 173.3 pounds and still losing. 48 pounds gone never to return. I went from a 2xl down to a size large. In tops a 22w in jeans to a 14. Give them a try today you won’t be sorry .. I also love all the staff and all of their encouraging words every time I go in .. I’ve learned I can lose weight and don’t have to over eat anymore and learned to say no to fast food. If I can do it so can you. I highly recommend their illegal burger, jalapeño chicken rice and turkey roll ups, the overnight oats are also very good and peach parfait. I buy several meals to take home enough...

As a small business owner and understanding logistics it’s hard for me to leave a poor review because I know how reviews affect companies. Countless times, not just once but multiple times this company has dropped the ball on the delivery services, zero communication when that window has passed and no accountability except I will refund your order leaving me trying to figure out meals, prep and plan for a week on the road when I expected this to be taken care of. Maybe stop doing deliveries? Cut your delivery radius down or narrow it down to a window that you can 100% make sure the job will be completed. It’s unacceptable and it’s sad speaking to one of the owners his solution was to refund my purchase rather than make it right. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Zero accountability, zero customer service and the delivery is a sham. I will never use this company again and recommend to everyone if you’re looking for your food to arrive on a certain day maybe try...
