Andy's Frozen Custard is a chain of United States frozen custard stores with over 85 locations in 14 states. There are over 35 locations in Missouri. Surely there is an Andy's close to where you live. The Andy’s Frozen Custard tradition started in Osage Beach, Missouri when John and Carol Kuntz embarked on a new frozen custard endeavor. Their treat quickly became a legend at the lake, and soon took nearby Springfield, Missouri by storm. Looking for custard? The product line-up is extensive: sundaes, cones, milkshakes, sodas, seasonal treats and much more. There is something for everyone...even the dog. Try Andy's, you won't be disappointed.

This was my first time at Andy’s and I had such great hopes. I ordered a large strawberry concrete and it was over $9. I didn’t get a receipt so not sure the exact amount. When I got the concrete I looked at it and saw no pink. I thought they forgot the ingredients. But I looked inside and saw a strawberry so drove off. When I got home I realized there were like no toppings. I think maybe 5 strawberries in total. I can not believe this is what I paid $9 for. It was completely awful and a huge disappointment. I do not recommend.

In the town, Andy's offers the best ice creams. They have a wide range of flavors to choose from, including classics like chocolate and vanilla. The ice cream is made fresh daily using high-quality ingredients, ensuring a creamy and delicious treat. Customers also have the option to customize their ice cream with toppings such as sprinkles, chocolate sauce, and crushed cookies. Whether you're a local or just passing through, a visit to Andy's is a must for any ice cream lover.

We went on Friday June 9th. First time this location. Me, my husband and one grandchild. Terrible experience. Cashier couldn't make change. $19.90 total. Gave her a $20 She gave me $1.00 in quarters for change. Then we sat (we were the only people at the walk up), the cashier clocked out and left. I went to the window, because I thought I saw our ice cream on the back counter. When I walked up a new girl tried to take my order. I told her we were waiting. She got them, proceeded to dump mine over, picked it up, walked back and shot an extra hot fudge pump. Didn't give us spoons. Had to ask. Then my cup was split open from the fall and I had to run and get a cup to put under it. My husband didn't get what he ordered, they made 2 of what my grandchild had. AND, soupy ice cream for Concrete's. We realize it's new, but no excuse for these errors in my opinion. We will not be back for awhile if ever. $20 for unfrozen ice cream is ridiculous. We were taking it home and I didn't have time to have them remake it. Plus, if it wasn't frozen then, it wasn't going to be frozen 5 minutes later. Did I mention, we were the only people at the window. This was not because...

I could not be more disappointed. We opted for the drive through because there wasn't anywhere to sit on the patio. Not because I'd was crowded, just because there aren't enough benches. I ordered two concretes, and before they came out, the girl told me she forgot to charge me for one of the toppings, and asked for another $1.25. I gave her my card, and she swiped it, then handed it back to me with my concrete, which was thinner than a milkshake because the custard was so melted. I had to get a lid so that it wouldn't spill in my cupholder. No need for a spoon, a straw would have been more appropriate. I am so mad. They should have better quality control at this location. This is my first visit to the LSL one, the one on Manchester is perfect every time. And the frozen custard is actually frozen. I can't believe how much I just paid for melted...

We go to this Andy's once a week at least for the last 7 months however the last 3 weeks it seems as if there are new employees who unfortunately just don't seem to care to listen. Our order has been wrong the last 3 times we have gone. My boyfriend is a diabetic and orders the same thing everytime and yet it seems like they just throw a bunch of whatever in the cup and call it a day. I am all for kids having fun however the last 4 weeks the kids working there are more about talking with each other and laughing then getting the order right. Last week i had them remake the order. This week i had my kids and just didn't have time for them to remake them. Next week i think we are going to try Saint Peters Andy's which is sad because i use to...
