I occasionally drive for a food delivery service and went here to pickup an order today 9/6/2025. Since we are directed as drivers to first and foremost try to pickup all orders in the lobby before trying anything else, I went into the lobby because their door was unlocked and the lobby lights were on and it looked open like normal. I go in and ask if I can pickup the order as they have it complete and sitting there behind the counter and I get looked at in an accusatory manor and yelled at by who I assume was the manager on duty that their lobby is closed and if I dont leave that shes going to call the police. First of all if your lobby is closed you should lock the doors and turn the lobby lights off. Second of all don't yell at your patrons/delivery drivers and threaten them with the cops because of your poor housekeeping. Third by not giving me the order then and there and just politely informing me for next time that your lobby is closed after X time and to just use the drive thru in the future your now getting put on blast for all to see on your own reviews board. I get that I may have been in the wrong technically but there is an amicable way to go about a misunderstanding such as this and this certainly wasn't the way to do it. I hope everyone who see's this understands just how utterly rude and disrespectful the management and staff at this location are and steers clear from here...

It has taken me awhile and MANY MANY VISITS OF RUDENESS, INACCURATE ORDERS AND AWFUL SERVICE, to write this review!!! I have been coming here for years. The last year has sunk so low at this location, I felt I needed to write this. This McDonalds is the WORST in the St Louis area, and let me say there are a few awful ones in the city, and Lake St. Louis is worse than they are!! How the owner ignores the negative reviews about his GM I believe his name is either Joshua or Jason and the employees who are rude is beyond me!! When your orders are wrong 90% of the time from the drinks to the food there is a HUGE ISSUE with management and their training ( lack of training!!)!! The last time I will be back was last week I ordered 3 soft drinks, every one one of them was wrong!! I drove back thru to wait another 25 minutes, got to the 2nd window and let them know the order was wrong the girl rolled her eyes and just stood there!! I said here are the drinks and can you please make my order right. The girl said I can't take those drinks, I said I was just here and there are no close trash cans. I will say from their inept service, the inaccurate orders and the lack of training and bad food this store needs serious attention and help!! I do feel sorry for the few good employees.
