Wendy's — Restaurant in Lake Saint Louis

This was THE single worst experience I had at a fast food place. We went into the restaurant and waited on line for about a half hour. By the time I ordered our food, there were three people ahead of me and 2 behind me waiting for the food order to come out. They stopped taking any new orders until they could catch up. 3 different groups of people decided to leave instead of wait. The guy at the register was new. The manager that was there was of no help to him. I felt bad for him for sure but he wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed either. Later on, I was told that the manager was a temporary one from another store. Personally I don't care where she is from. She is a manager and should have stepped up to take responsibility and assist the employee in trouble and address the customers. FINALLY, after I got my food and sat at the table with my husband and 4 year old daughter, I took a bite of my sandwich and it was wrong. I went up to the register to complain but I wasn't waiting because up until this point, I had been very patient. I now lost my patience. The manager never came out but an employee did who apologized and asked if I wanted a new sandwich. Of course I declined...who knows what they would have...

This is Richard Tudor I just want to say that if I give her a review I don't give a review unless I have been to the place experience their atmosphere and it took part of their service and I've got to say that I've been at Wendy's for years and particularly this one over here ever since it first opened and the service was always exceptional but the last few times that I've been there the service is horrendous and I usually have to go back a second time because they've either forgotten something or more or my order looks and taste like it's for 5 days old okay I'll get to the point this last time was a few days ago and the food was not only horrible but when told about it I went back to get the New order and it was worse than the first so I have no plans of going back you can sum it up however you want go there and try it out yourself but I hope you have better luck than me because I'm not planning on going back thank you very much........

Ordered 2 meals tonight in the drive thru. Didn’t realize that the crabby patty meal doesn’t come with a soda. Told the girl there was supposed to be 2 sodas and she rudely told us the frosty replaces the soda, all fine and dandy, but when we were trying to get her to stop making excuses as to why she didn’t hear there were 2 sodas, she told us to stop being loud and slammed the window on us, ummmm if she would have shut up for 5 seconds she would have heard us willing to pay for another soda!!!!!!! Clearly this is the only job she could get!!! I will NEVER go back!!!! I willl drive all the way to hwy k if I have to!!!! Worst Wendy’s in Missouri!
