If I could give zero starts I would- In line for over 10 mins while the employee is non stop chattering with the couple in front of us ignoring and acting like we aren't there, helloooo you're working not to be having a whole life convo. Or does she get paid to do this? The previous couple nicely greeted we were not but I can careless. It's $3 Thursday this girl says the store isn't offering that and tells me to go to Target since they do offer it what the heck! Ordered a "iced shaken espresso" with sweet cream cold foam and let me just say that's not what we ordered she added whip cream or something because that is not cold foam.Check your attitude lady, you're glad I was with my husband because I would of still be in that store. Read moreGot to the till the one worker who was at the till not doing anything absolutely distracted by something noticed me walk up to the till and instantly told her coworker (Kailey) that she was leaving for lunch not really giving her a chance to say anything and just leaves taking a while in the back before leaving Kailey to the orders she was already making then to then deal with me. Read moreFriendly staff. But when asked about the first responder coffee, the employee informed me they don’t think they do it at this location and it’s only at the drive through. I know this isn’t true, since I’ve gotten it at other Safeway Starbucks and malls. I’m bummed she didn’t even ask her other coworkers.
