Subway — Restaurant in Lake Stevens

Went to get a couple of footlong subs. Ordered a BLTs and handed our coupons to one of the two guys working. Serious issues with the service and food. It was 8:30pm; they were closing Were definitely not happy to see us Told them we had coupons while they were making our subs - they REFUSED to accept the coupon, stating they had NEVER accepted coupons! They ACCEPTED the same coupon 2 weeks earlier. I expressed my disappointment and concern… The food: my BLT had one (1), count ‘em, ONE piece of bacon on it. Two weeks earlier, the lady who occasionally works there (I think she’s the owner), made me a fabulous BLT and accepted our coupon.

• We will NEVER patronize this Subway store again … AND … I will tell everyone heading toward their door to pick a different...

11-9-21 1215pm Had the day off decided to eat at this Subway in old Lake Stevens by Jay's Market. Bought 2 sandwiches for myself and a friend. I asked to use the restroom and they said someone was in it. I had all day so I waited and waited and waited. Just needed to wash my hand.. No one ever came out and the two persons behind the counter kept looking at me as if it was a joke between them how long it would take me to leave. Which I finally did. If your restrooms are not open to the public just say so. I don't care but if the are then why couldn't I have used them that day. I live near here and ever time I come here there rude, dont help at all and know how to make a person passed off. They need to get there shit in order only subway I know that doesn't do deals or anything and I came in with a coupon I have used the same kind at that store and they said no im surprised they do gift cards. People there dont listen are more rushed then God darn Mc Donald's and just rude I hate going in there every time, I had to go to mersville for the rest of food I wanted because the guy was so rude and he needs to learn to do his job and not ask other...
