Sahara Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Stevens

I used to love getting Sahara Pizza from this location, unfortunately I will never be ordering from them again. During Covid time I ordered a pizza and was expecting delivery. I can totally understand Covid guidelines but when my pizza was delivered #1 they put the box of pizza outside on the wet cold ground…which was honestly unsanitary and upsetting they couldn’t even set it on my porch?. #2 the person delivering the pizza called me and texted me with their personal number…you’d figure that they’d have an automatic response when you’re pizza is delivered…but having someone actually take my number and call and text it made me feel like I don’t have my privacy. I can understand with Covid guidelines not trying to knock on my door but it just made me uncomfortable . #3 I called to complain since I felt extremely disappointed in the way the pizza was delivered only to be met with an extremely rude manager, which I’m pretty sure was the same person who delivered my pizza, the issue was never resolved and I just never ordered pizza from them again and still refuse to order from them...

I worked here as a delivery driver for almost 3 years, ate their pizza every day and never got tired of it. The employees are a great group of people that work hard to make customers happy and make the best pizza in town. Shout out to Max, Dominic, Si, Tristan, Riley, and Marcus. And of course shout out to Tom the owner for putting together such an awesome menu. I still stop by for a pizza as often as I can because no other pizza place even comes close. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had, especially the Pepperoni Popper with a swirl of mango habanero sauce after it comes out of the oven. Zeke's salad with feta cheese and raspberry vinagrete, perfect. Mango habanero wings with the house ranch... I could eat them til I'm sick. Twisty parm bread sticks could result in me having to go to rehab. NO ONE comes close to...

Ordered delivery, tipped $4, order total $54

I ordered the Sahara pizza and wings, requested the wings twice cooked (they weren't, and just didn't taste right)

I have dogs and requested my pizza be placed on the table on my porch. When I brought the pizza inside, the pizza was all in a mess at one end in the box like it had fell out of the drivers car.....

My family did not enjoy eating the pizza mush, then to make matters more insulting was I was offered a $10 credit... Smh---keep your money you need it more than I do, but just remember I paid $54 for food and received unpresentable food in return.... Go ahead look up my past orders, I'm moving on and you lost a customer that isn't putting up with...
