I have never had a good experience here .I’m always standing in line waiting to be asked “what can I get for you or even acknowledge 😕, the old guy (who you will always see sitting down) and women just exchange looks and giggle while you are waiting alone and they are talking to each other or on their phones ,Mind you the whole food court is dead empty …. I order 3 pretzel and the guy forcibly wanted me to get something else from the case .I told him no thank you and he kept adding more time to when my food will be ready Went from 10 min to 45 min 😐 and I told him it was fine and he got mad that I wanted to wait but I waited because I still had to do more shopping … and they don’t give you a receipt of what you paid for did feel like they...

Awful customer service. I went in with the intentions of purchasing a pretzel dog combo. he woman informed me they had no pretzel dog available. She suggested that I get the pretzel minis instead. As she's keying in my order the man comes and says he can't make the accommodation. I'll need to get a pretzel or cinnamon bites. Two items I had no desire for. Had a birthday coupon for a pretzel, they said they don’t have any pretzels and said they will not make anymore.
