I absolutely LOVE this gym!! It just feels different and the owner knows my name! How many gyms have you been to with tampons/liners in the bathrooms? With glucose tabs and aspirin? With security lock doors and cameras? With all the standard equipment plus machinery you never knew existed that change everything for your gains? I believe Audry created a place where every single person could feel comfortable exercising at their level of fitness and/or aspiring to become greater. Big fan of this gym! The owner is a bad a$$ and has some great staff members.

This gym is very clean and that is a very difficult thing to do when people are getting dirty all day in it.

Equipment is all top-notch and will have some stuff you don't see in a typical gym.

My favorite part is the members. People come to this gym to work! All shapes and sizes, but they are all putting in the work. It also has a very large community vibe running through it. I'm not from the area (work in the area) but feel very welcomed by staff and members.

This gym is my second home. They have pleasant staff members, several who speak Spanish, to welcome you upon arrival. The gym is filled with natural light from the many windows it has. The equipment is not only great but colorful as well. I have a great trainer, Dr. Audry Blinstrup, whom I trust totally! She pushes me when I need it and helps me stay motivated.
