I will contact the corporate office over this issue as well. I called the restaurant back after biting my chicken and seen it wasn’t cooked inside. The manager whom answered the phone wouldn’t give me his name after asking several times for it. He offer to resolve the issue initially by me speaking to the drive thru server. I didn’t understand how this could be a solution. I was explaining I didn’t want a refund. I didn’t want any other food. I’m calling to make a complaint and make them aware the chicken isn’t cook on the inside. The manager explain I could come next day and bring chicken back due to me complaining. I was driving in truck and I was far away from the restaurant while calling. He kept telling me bring chicken back whatever day I could. This was nonsense. He still wouldn’t give his name. This issue was on Saturday December 21, 2024 at 2:45pm. Whomever was scheduled this is the manager who needs retraining and customer service support. Be aware the chicken inside could not be cooked as mines was not. Church’s corporate management this is dangerous for customers to bite...
Read moreThe team was very nice to the customers. Upon my arrival, there were two ladies standing at the register, and one lady gave the male employee a very hard time because the piece of chicken that she desired wasn't ready at the time. He tried substituting the chicken for another piece and she did not want it just being difficult. She was being demanding, derogatory, and just trying to be downright irritating and disrespectful. Even after accommodating her she still chose to be difficult. The employee handled the situation very dignified and with as much care as he possibly could without getting out of character and I appreciate that. Sometimes we as consumers take the expression" the customer is always right" to the wrong level. As a customer being right is not always the case, if you don't like the service as a customer take your service elsewhere and your money, but just because you are paying does not give you the right to treat fellow human beings like trash. Good job Church's Chicken team. Keep up...
Read moreI visited this location 3 times. Everytime I visit same passive aggressive attitude from the male manager. Managers set the tone for the teams attitude. They all follow in his foot steps. He will ignore you because he's in charge. The team will follow. If 2 registers is open to get the line down, then magically without the consumers knowledge the line close, they will not take your order or say 'hey step over' you'll stand there and stand there. Until you get out of the second line and go to the end of the line. No good customer service at all. I know its my choice. Just hope upper management see this as an opportunity to coach...
