April 22, 2019 at 7pm. Only the drive-thru was open at that time of day, and there was only one employee working at that time. She was an older woman, and I would blindly assume(no disrespect intended) she is of Indian decent, based upon her complexion and accent.
I frequent this location at least twice a day, and have had several encounters with this person. I figured I’d let things slide sometimes when it comes to customer service because you never know what an individual is experiencing on a day to day basis. Besides, I’ve been on her side of the counter for 12 years.
I placed my order, and as I pulled up to the service window pay and retrieve my order, I saw her pouring the remaining decaf coffee from the pot with the orange rim(that’s always labeled decaf) into my cups. There were no other cars in line, so that eliminated the possibility of those cups being made for another customer. Then, she began to brew more coffee. I did not order decaf coffee, and I’d actually prefer to wait a short amount of time for FRESH REGULAR COFFEE, as opposed to having presumably old decaf coffee mixed with fresh coffee.
Another time, I asked for extra cream, and she raised her voice and said, “I put extra!” Before I drove away, I opened the cup of coffee, and it was black. Her poor attitude makes me GLADLY spend my gas and time to go to another coffee shop, JUST to avoid the hassle of paying for fresh coffee...
Read moreHorrible customer service. I ordered a small iced vanilla latte with almond milk. The lady told me it would be an extra $1.40 for the Almond Milk which is unheard of. Almond milk is normally an extra $.60. But I regally needed a coffee so I proceeded with the order. I sipped the drink when I arrived to my destination. The drink was entirely way too sweet. So I took it back and asked to have it remade. The lady in the drive thru was SO rude. I’ve never experienced customer service this terrible before. Very argumentative and refused to fix my drink. She said no bc I drunk from it with is dumb. The cup was just as full as it was when she gave it to me I literally only took a sip. Then she accused me of adding water to it. Then she offered to add more espresso which wouldn’t have done anything. She also wanted to charge me for another drink. After a lengthy back and forth of nonsense I asked for my money back and she refused to give me a refund. Then she demanded I give her my receipt which I didn’t have on me at the time but the purchase history was in my app so I showed her that receipt and she refused to accept it. I figured the morning crew would be gone for the day, but nope the morning guy was there with the same nasty attitude. Im sitting in the drive thru waiting for them to take my order. After waiting 5 minutes, I was able to order coffee. My total came to 3.08 and I gave him 4.00 dollars. He gave me back the incorrect change and slammed the window close. I'm trying to get his attention but at this point he turned his back to me. He finally came back to the window and I told him, it's incorrect. Of course with attitude he asked me how much was he supposed to give me back. I gave him the change back and told him to keep it. Why must I tell you to give me back .92 cent? Clearly you cannot count, but it's the attitude for me. He is truly a nasty person. And no, I didn't drink the coffee. If you have a nasty disposition everyday, then why are you in a customer service field. No point in calling corporate because I called before with no response...
