I normally don't give bad reviews on people's restaurant pages however my experience two nights ago has prompted me to do so. First of all the delivery service was good but I felt as if the prices were very expensive for what we received. We ordered the potstickers as well as the sweet and sour chicken with beef fried rice and I had the spicy pan fried noodles with shrimp. The sweet and sour chicken was fine as was the beef fried rice although it looked quite doused in soy sauce. My boyfriend did not complain about his meal. The potstickers were very juicy on the inside and were the star of the meal. When we got to the spicy pan fried noodles it honestly looked like a grey hot mess. The veggies which were pretty much just bean sprouts and celery with about 9 shrimp were in a separate container and we're very overcooked almost to the point of it being mushy. The very Thin vermicelli noodles were in their own container and looked like yellow floss. We ordered the large but honestly I wish I hadn't ordered it at all. The sauce was not spicy at all and the sauce again was very gray and tasted kind of off. If the noodles were pan-fried I would know it because they seemed more like they were steamed rather than fried. There was no redeeming quality to this dish and I hope for their sakes that my order and somebody else's got mixed up because this was not what I expected from the description on the menu. My boyfriend did not rave about his food, I hated mine and the pot stickers were great so I'm giving this restaurant a two star rating and I won't be eating here again as we have plenty of other good options...

The order taker was robotic, never smiled, wasn't pleasant, didn't seem to be grateful that she was open and had a customer. She wasn't even polite at all! She wasn't listening -- i asked for dine in but she gave me my meal to-go. There was no thank you when i paid for my order. She just said. "Sign here. Here's your receipt." As i left, neither one of the two order takers even bothered to thank me for my business. An empty table across from where i sat to wait for my order remained unkept the whole 15 minutes i was there. There were no customers who walked in. There were a few phone calls but the other girl was handling those calls. Overall rating would even be less than a one. I felt like a college experiment. I felt like a number, not like a paying customer. Chinatown is nearby, there are decent Mexican restaurants on 55th Street as well, Subway is across from them, and there are quick Chinese meals you can cook at home for yourself and your guests for a fraction of the price. In a different scenario, a delivery person dropping off my order would have been a more pleasant...
