I arrived at this establishment at 9:15 pm because Google Maps indicated it was open until 10 pm. However, the doors were closed, and they were opened only when the staff saw me trying to enter. I came here to buy food and use the restroom, which was closed because it had already been cleaned, according to the employees. As an Uber driver, every minute counts for me, and now I have to go somewhere else to find a restroom. I find this situation unacceptable

A-HOLE MANAGER NAMED KUMAR. I was in line as I witnessed the WORST & MOST DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO stars if that was possible. He ALWAYS has an attitude & a VERY RUDE way of speaking to customers. I felt bad for the customer he mistreated. I'm also sure he mistreats his employees. I've had the misfortune of hearing him &...

Horrible attitude of the "manager". He is the reason I will never order from here again. He didn't even acknowledge I was talking to him. Very rude, mad-with-the-world, angry person of a "manager" they have there.. SMH this location needs better customer service! Better yet...
