Worst customer service I have experienced! If you had zero stars available I would give them zero stars. Not sure about names but both employees visible were not acknowledging any of the customers arriving. Had us standing there wondering if they were going to take care of us. Clearly they show they do not like their job, especially the drive thru cashier. Finally when she decided to take our order, she addresses me in such a rude manner, I order 2 16 piece meals and she asks me for crispy or original and when I say one order of each she says "we have no crispy" while twisting her mouth and rolling her eyes with my 'large order.' Then she proceeds to tell me its gonna be a wait to which I said it's fine how long. And she responds under her breath and I said excuse me, and she tells me while breaking it down in syllables twen-ty to thir-ty min-utes. At that moment I decided to say no thank you and just left to Popeyes on 50th and Cicero. Customers behind us left to Popeyes as well. Much better and friendly customer service. Even though I once in a while may have a taste for KFC there is no way I'll be going back there unless they change their staff. Horrible...

True they did not necessarily 'greet' me upon arrival, but if you politely say 'hello' they are great! I even filled out a Customer Service Survey as I was impressed with how friendly the service is.
I think it's confusing because the setup is relatively small and the door opens right into the register that overlooks the kitchen. So, the cashiers probably don't want to assault and jump onto people and give them a chance to order? I don't know, I just kept coming back because the people behind the register were always super accommodating and helpful.
This location offers some seating but there are normally only two people working, so the service might be a little laggy. Still delivers food up to the KFC standards though. 5 stars for being kind! I also appreciate the dedicated...
Read moreHad a horrible experience here. Placed an online order at about 8:18. On my email, it said it would be ready by 8:38. I got there at about 8:40 and nothing was ready. The chicken was barely being dropped in when I got there. The DT attendant tells me it'll be another 15 minutes and offered a soda. I went to grab the soda and the floor was extremely slippery. There were a bunch of gnats flying by the dispenser. 15 minutes passed and I went up to the counter and nobody was at the counter. Another couple of minutes pass and one of the cooks comes up and says he's going to check the time and says it's gonna be another 3 minutes. The lobby was empty. There was 1 in the DT. We finally got our order at 9:12. I get home and the mashed potatoes have no gravy. The top of the macaroni was fine, but under was burnt and inedible.
