Never had an issue until today. Cashier served 2 large drinks without adding a second cup holder for reinforcement. She refused to make us a new drink, claiming she asked my husband if he wanted a bag and he denied. When I asked my husband he said that the only thing she asked was if he needed anything else and that was it. I am not the type to argue with others so I left with my pants wet from the piña colada that had spilled on me inside my car. Please please do not bring your children here! Not only are they mean to kids but they also have no shame! I went into this location, Michoacán fresa, and needed to speak with the owner! I’ve been coming here for a while now. I enjoy the staff and everything I order. However, there’s a new girl that started working there recently about a two weeks. I noticed she does NOT change her gloves after charging people (after grabbing money/ credit cards and the register.). She uses the same gloves to cut fruit which she grabs wearing the SAME gloves.
