I see I'm not the only one that has had a bad experience with this subway, i have had several times with this particular one, but today finally y had with the same Hispanic lady (i am Hispanic myself as well) that usually works in the night shift. I have ignored the previous bad experiences because thinking to myself she's probably having a bad day and I don't want anyone to lose their job but I see sometime they just don't care , so I'll start with first bad experience I asked for a mix chopped salad she refused and over all with a bad attitudes stating "no subways do this anymore" when there is a couple of subways by my work and on my way home where I usually stop on my way home, but this location here on the corner of Central and archer is literally 2 blocks away, and before I was driving all the way to either Harlem and archer or 63 and Narragansett, but then i thought she would no longer be there so i decided to go back give it another try, but guess what surprise she is still there and with the same bad attitude, anyways 2 time with her I arrive half an hour before closing and she was already locking the door saying they were closing, and i asked nicely but your website say 10pm why are you closing at 9:30pm? she said we have no more food! 3rd time this time I asked for a sandwich and she's just grabbing the food and throwing it on the bread like if she was mad at the world. Finally tonight what triggered my anger was I asked her for a bread and with a really bad attitude she said i don't have that you want wheat or what that all i have, and i get it but it was the way she said it like almost like saying if you want it if not don't eat, then at the same time there is another lady not Hispanic though with her and i don't know what she whispered to her but they both looked at me made a face like making fun of me then the chuckled and smiled at each other. i mean where the good customer service is we are paying you to keep the business "your job " up and running if i was the owner and I heard about all these bad reviews i would take action immediately before my branch restaurant goes out of business. im sorry but im going to have to blow up social media on this particular location no need for this bad customer...

Tonight a pleasant woman made my sandwich and rang me at register, so I scanned a coupon I had and it was accepted as the price of my sandwich reflected the coupon savings.
Out of nowhere, a loud unprofessional lady comes running from the back screaming “no coupon! No coupon! You cannot have sandwich!”
The pleasant woman at register seemed confused and quiet but she still finished ringing me up. When I asked her why the mean lady was being like that she stayed silent.
I’m upset with how I was treated. I believe I was targeted with unwelcoming attitude because I use valid coupons.

Read moreI’m very disappointed we walked in to use the restroom and then after we were planning on ordering food. Well the restroom was locked and we were standing waiting probably 10 mins assuming someone was in the bathroom, so we finally knocked on the door and realized no one was in the bathroom. We then proceeded to ask the girl behind the counter if anyone was in the restroom because the door is still locked. This girl proceeded to tell us very rudely the bathroom just got cleaned so we aren’t letting anyone use it. Like please explain to me how that makes sense you clean a bathroom so people can use it.
