Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

Customer service was terrible, unprofessional and unsanitary. The employee by the name of Malika gave her daughter that came in free pizza while the customers that paid had to wait. I asked after 25 minutes of waiting when would my pizza be ready, then Malika went to the side where the pizzas was coming out the oven and used her hands that she was dealing with money and transferred it over to the box. I told Malika that was unsanitary and she said "so what and I'm still back here without washing my hands" I asked for a manager, which was unprofessional as well and her name was Nayna. She said "I don't have to come back there and she will deal with Malika later" Malika continued to hollar and her daughter came in and started arguing with me and her husband was outside hollering at me too. Full of people inside lots of people missing items and got email saying food was ready and it's not ready this has happen multiple times already. Went to kiosk only 1 out 4 items in kiosk when asked employee was told they were gonna check. pizza was with other pizzas so 2 out of 4 when asking for the other pizza employee from the back kept saying that my order never came thru even though the crazy bread and pizza had name on it she kept on yelling she "promised the order never came in and this time for real she promised it's not like last time" she said she was not gonna make the pizza because the order never came in. the employee in front had to ask her 3 times to make it had to wait another 15 mins for pizza and another 5 for the last order of bread sticks very unprofessional at this location I either have to find a better little Ceasars or just another place to order pizza without...

I've been using this store since 2018 when I bought my house. Year after year the service here has gotten worse. It went from simple delays to even when you order online it takes anywhere from 20-30minutes to get you're order. Half the time if you don't open it right there in front of them, there is always something wrong with the order. They hire young adults with no respect for themselves or people they are serving, half the time they are inappropriately arguing which each other, our using inappropriate language. Today my delivery order was stolen, I had to call the store, which no surprise they didn't answer. I had to call the corporate number from the app, they are the ones who told me my order was stolen, placing the call was the only to get my refund because they weren't going to initialize it.
