Naples Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

I have ordered from this naples before and I haven't had a problem until now. I called and placed my order, never received a phone call an hour later. I called back.... Only to find out that they will not deliver to my house, (yet they have multiple times, even in the last month). The guy was rude and in the background telling the woman, he said that if they even were to deliver it would be another hour. I am completely and utterly applaud. Especially since my kids waited an hour later to eat. This is extremely poor service, if you don't speak Spanish you better pray you get the younger girl that speaks English. I will honestly never even eat there again. Thank you naples so much for your extremely poor costumer service.... my family orders almost every weekend from you and now it will never...

First of all we've been ordering from this place for more than 25 years! Ever since they moved to this new place. Their staff are so rude and customer service is so inexperienced. Especially the girl that takes your order. She always messes up our order and very rude. Asked for her name and she declined. Asked for a manager and he said his name was Rafael. He sounded like he was drunk. No experience whatsoever. I. Asked for the owners name. And Rafael said her name is Maria. Im calling tomorrow. And let them know that with staff like that. They are going to lose loyal customers that been ordering from Naples for years. They need to hire people great customer service. This is why good Restaurants go out...

Oh how I enjoyed this pizza in the 90s. While still polite the service and the product are not what they used to be . They are fast enough but they nickel and dime you for any extras to include parmesan and crushed red peppers. The dining room is tiny , so don't plan for large party sit ins or good parking . The parking on Ashland is generally exhausted by the Dollar Tree customers and the limited side street parking is usually in use by their 3 delivery men . I suggest you call in and pick up especially if you want your pizza with some expediency. Overall still family owned but there is a definite decline since the 90s pizza crust reminds you of little Caesars or Naples but still...
