I hadn’t read any reviews prior to ordering, and I wouldn’t have eaten here if I had. I saw one reviewer note that only the shrimp and fish tacos are decent, and fortunately I ordered the shrimp tacos.

The price was $17.99 for three tacos, but you could order 2 for less money. I ordered at a kiosk, and at the end, I was prompted if I wanted to remove anything. Since onions and cilantro were listed, I chose to leave those off.

While waiting in line, I was called over to the counter to ask if I wanted slaw. Apparently, the screen lists all the ingredients in the slaw, so you have to take them all or leave them all off. That seemed odd to me. Why not just prompt if you want slaw and list its ingredients? At any rate, I kept the slaw.

The tacos were really good, better than I expected at the airport. There were plenty of shrimp and other ingredients. The corn shells held up well. The tacos were a bit on the spicy side, nothing overly hot, but if you don’t like any spice, these aren’t something you’ll want.

As a side note, the kiosks for placing your order in the food court may work for multiple restaurants. Make sure the restaurant is open. I was in the process of ordering from a kiosk, and I suddenly realized that place...

Horrible food and service. I ordered at 0950 while most people were ordering breakfast. I ordered from the all day menu. I ordered a carne asade taco and a chicken chimicuri. I got a steak and a chicken taco. I also ordered an Agua Fresca because they didn't have bottled water and I was told they don't do that when I asked for a cup of water. I also ordered rice and beans and an extra salsa for $1.09. I got to the pickup counter and the worker first told me I don't need salsa because there is cilantro on my tacos. I said it comes with one and I ordered an extra. She grabbed my receipt, asked which I wanted. I told her. She said you can have hot or you can have mild, which do you want. I then asked for a fork for my rice and beans and was told that they don't have forks. The meat is cold. The salsa was not worth paying extra for. And I have a bowl of rice and beans that I can't even eat because they don't have forks. I wish I would have looked at their reviews before going there. Honestly, if your choices are eat here or nothing, you're probably better off...

I have never left a 1 star in my life. But I think the owners need to know how thier customers are being treated. I got in line at 8:30 p.m. on May 25th 2022. I witnessed very rude behavior towards customers acting as though we were an inconvenience to be there. Then the cashier told a pilot not to allow anyone after him as they were closing. The information stated they don't close till 10:00 p.m. SEVERAL PEOPLE WERE TURNED AWAY. THE young lady in front of me ordered and the cashier made her repeat the order twice and said "I don't speak spanish." The lady was not Spanish. She was saying the names of the tacos she wanted off the board. P.S. I am Mexican American. But I'm real fair skined as my mom is Irish. I guess your cashier saw my face as when I ordered a Quesidilla she looked at me and said " We don't make them as of this moment. " NOT IMPRESSED I LEFT. I am appalled that you allow your employees to treat customers this way. I travel through here quite often and will make sure to take my...

Airport Dining in Chicago continues to decline in quality. It's depressing when you pay over $20 for three mostly dry tacos that you are expected to order from a kiosk. I understand the overhead of airport operations, but you think these restaurants could deliver decent food with their premium prices. After ordering they tossed my tacos on the counter, I was not offered a bag but I grabbed one to help me transport it to my gate. I got the three taco combo - Steak, Chicken, and Fish. The Carne Asada Steak was the most acceptable; it wasn't too dry, but it was a bit spicier than I like. The Chicken Chimichurri was totally dry and lacked enough flavor to justify finish eating it. I was very hopeful for the Crispy Fish Taco, but it too seemed dried out. I think all of these meats sat for too long. Overall, it isn't bad relative to other choices in the airport if you are desperate. That isn't saying much... Just don't get the chicken taco.

I came to this restaurant because it was one of the least busy places to eat. They were still busy but not as much as the others. I ordered two tacos (one al pastor and one chicken chimichurri), one chips with queso blanco, and one aqua fresca). Prices are expensive just because it's at an airport. I got my food pretty fast. I went to wait for my food and the employee called my name. She told me no more pork and if I would like chicken, shrimp, or fish instead. I chose fish. She made my tacos fast. She gave me chips with guacamole. The guacamole costed more than the queso blanco, but she gave me the guacamole no charge. She upgraded my drink for free. I got the mango. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the mango drink was a bit too sour for my taste. Other than that, the customer service was fantastic. Employees went above and beyond for me. Food quality was good.
